Welcome to the 3-room holiday apartment No. 172, "

", located in the second row of the terrace houses. You’ll love relaxing on the large, southeast-facing terrace. The apartment is comfortably furnished and best suited for 3 people. From the cosy living and dining area, complete with a dining table and sofa nook, you have access to the terrace, where you’ll enjoy a beautiful ocean view over the first row of houses. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove, is integrated into the living and dining area. The first bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has one single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). The interior shower room has been modernised. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, with no need to cross any streets. Parking space in front of the house.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The "Ferienpark Sierksdorf" apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
