"Prinzenkopf" Vacation Home: a 96-square-meter apartment offering a magnificent view of the Moselle Valley

Welcome to the "Zum Prinzenkopf" vacation home in Alf.<br><br>The vacation home (bungalow) was completely renovated in 2021 and impresses with its modern amenities and unique location. <br>The house is located in the quiet residential area "Auf Tannerd" and is divided into a large apartment (96 m²) and a cozy apartment (33 m²). <br>Each living unit has a separate entrance as well as its own terrace with a beautiful view of the Moselle Valley. <br>In total, the house can accommodate up to 7 people: the apartment sleeps up to 2 people with 1 bedroom, the larger apartment sleeps up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room, and the entire property can also be rented as a whole.<br>Both apartments feature a new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils; a living/dining room with a flat-screen satellite TV; and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also includes a washing machine and a dryer. <br><br>Bedding and towels are included.<br><br>Private parking spaces are located right next to the house.<br><br>The Prinzenkopfturm, one of the most beautiful viewpoints along the Moselle, is just a 10-minute walk away, as is the town center of Alf.<br><br>Thanks to its central location between Traben-Trarbach and Cochem, Alf offers an ideal starting point for exploring the most beautiful areas of the Moselle.<br><br>Go for a hike along the Moselsteig trail, take bike rides along the beautiful Moselle with its cozy wine taverns and wineries, visit one of the surrounding castles (Arras Castle is within walking distance—about 40 minutes—and Marienburg Castle is about 20 minutes away), or relax on a Moselle river cruise. All this and much more is right on your doorstep.<br><br>In Alf itself, you’ll find a bakery, restaurants, a rustic wine tavern, and a wine tavern.<br><br>The neighboring town of Bullay has a supermarket and a train station, which you can reach by passenger ferry or via Germany’s first double-decker bridge. Hahn Airport is just 25 km away.<br><br>A large retail park is just a 10-minute drive away.<br><br>Trier, Germany’s oldest city, home to the Porta Nigra, the cathedral, the Basilica of St. Constantine, and many other attractions, is 65 km away.
