Welcome to Mellnitz on the Üselitzer Wiek. Nestled in the charming countryside of southern Rügen, you’ll find your home away from home here for a wonderful, eventful vacation. 
With a floor area of about 140 m², this lovingly furnished house accommodates 8 people, including up to 6 adults.

From the entryway, you’ll enter the spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and an open country-style kitchen that’s sure to delight any home cook. The patio doors let plenty of light into the rooms and offer a great view of the large garden. The first floor also features a wellness bathroom with an infrared sauna. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the utility room.

The four bedrooms are located in the attic. The three large bedrooms each feature one double bed. The small bedroom, with its pull-out bunk bed, is designed as a cozy sleeping area and retreat for your children. The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a bathtub, shower, and double sink. 

The stylishly landscaped garden offers plenty of space to linger, play, run around, and relax—and, thanks to the 1.40-meter-high fence, it’s also safe for larger dogs. You can prepare culinary delights on the high-quality Weber gas grill.

Thanks to its size, this beautiful vacation home is an ideal getaway for families. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to enjoy their vacation here with you. We’re very pleased that “Auszeit” also serves as a vacation home for hunters—a gun cabinet is available in the utility room. You can charge your electric car at the wall box in the outbuilding. 

The vacation home offers internet via a fiber-optic connection with a speed of 200 Mbit/s.

And to ensure your vacation days start off completely relaxed, we’ll deliver breakfast rolls right to your front door in the morning upon request.
