The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 1912, was renovated in 2022, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the valley and its quiet, sunny location.

Ilmenau, district Ilmenau, 550 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
