Accommodation description:
This beautiful and modern accommodation is located on the ground floor with garden. It is located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Mauterndorf and offers parking for up to 1 car, under the carport. From the covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the church of St Wolfgang. A perfect place to escape the daily grind!

For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski bus departs directly from the front door every 15 minutes and takes you to one of the wonderful nearby ski areas, such as Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg, Obertauern or the Katschberg, here you will find the A1, one of the longest downhill runs in the Alps.

Nature lovers also get their money's worth here in summer. Mauterndorf and its surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling or you can take a nice ride on the "Taurachbahn", Austria's highest narrow-gauge railway. Only 8 km away is a well-maintained 18-hole golf course, it is a special experience to hit the ball between the mountains.

From the accommodation it is only a few minutes' walk and you reach the centre of Mauterndorf, here you will find inns, cafés, restaurants and even gourmet cuisine (Mesnerhaus). Of course there is a supermarket, bakery and also a butcher nearby
