Inside, the 35 sqm space is bright, fresh and thoughtfully arranged for two guests, with a comfortable 160 cm bed, sofa, dining table, bathroom and compact kitchenette with bar fridge. Large windows connect the studio to the surrounding nature and water, creating an easy indoor-outdoor feeling throughout the stay.

This is a refined, peaceful base for couples or solo travellers who want the best of the Stockholm archipelago: morning swims, coffee by the water, quiet evenings, sea air, and the feeling of being away from the city while still being around 30 minutes from central Stockholm.

Guests have private access to the newly built waterfront studio, including the sleeping area, bathroom, kitchenette, sofa and dining space.

The studio sits close to the shoreline, and guests are welcome to enjoy shared access to the property’s private beach, jetty and surrounding outdoor areas during their stay. There is another house on the property, and guests staying there may also use the beach and jetty.

Off-street parking is available on the property, making arrival easy by car.

There is another house on the same property, and guests staying there may also use the property’s private beach, jetty and outdoor areas. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours, especially in the evenings.

The kitchenette is compact and suitable for breakfast, drinks, snacks and simple meals. It includes a bar fridge, kettle, toaster and basic cooking facilities.

The beach and jetty are close to the studio. Guests are responsible for their own safety when swimming, walking near the water or using the jetty, especially with children or in poor weather.

Parties, events, loud music, and smoking are not permitted. We have a noise and smoke monitoring device fitted in the studio for your safety. It does not record conversations or video; it only monitors noise levels and detects smoke.
