We are offering a furnished two-room apartment for short-term stays or as a vacation rental. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. Perfect for vacationers, business travelers, trainees/students, as temporary housing, etc.—weekend commuters are especially welcome. Due to its layout, the apartment could also work as a shared living space (1 room with two beds, 1 room with a 1.40-meter sofa bed).

The apartment is a two-story unit; the first floor consists of a kitchen/laundry room and a living/dining room, while the upper floor features a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is at ground level, directly adjacent to the parking lot/courtyard, and has its own entrance. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Gaggenau without access to public transportation, 5 minutes from the A5 and B462 highways, 15 minutes from Karlsruhe and Baden-Baden, and 15 minutes from the French border. It is 20 minutes from Baden-Baden Airport. The nearest S-Bahn station is a 5-minute drive away. Shopping options are also a 5-minute drive away. Attractions such as Europapark, Strasbourg, the Black Forest High Road, Kaltenbronn, Freudenstadt, and the Rhine Valley with its countless vineyards are popular destinations for day trips in our region.

IMPORTANT:
The apartment is a separate unit within a single-family home. In the apartment’s hallway, you’ll find the staircase leading to the basement, the main electrical panel near the kitchen, and the homeowner’s washing machine. These areas (hallway, washing machine/dryer, and staircase to the basement) are therefore shared spaces!
