Welcome to our modern, newly renovated single-family home in Jersey City, conveniently located just 15 minutes from New York City. This comfortable home can accommodate up to 12 guests and offers a relaxing retreat while keeping you close to the attractions, nightlife, restaurants, and entertainment of New York City.

The home features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a large comfortable sofa, and a private turf backyard with a fire pit. A dedicated coffee corner is also available for guests to enjoy.

Our home is conveniently located in Jersey City with easy access to New York City via the PATH train. Take a short drive or a short walk to the nearby Light Rail, then connect to the PATH for a quick ride into Manhattan. Once on the PATH, you can reach Downtown NYC (World Trade Center) in about 10–15 minutes or Midtown Manhattan (33rd Street) in approximately 20–30 minutes. It's an affordable and stress-free way to visit Times Square, the Financial District, the Statue of Liberty ferry, and many other top attractions.

Guests have access to the entire main living area of the home. The first floor includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, half bathroom, and access to the backyard. The second floor includes three bedrooms and one full bathroom.

The basement is not accessible to guests and is occupied by the property manager. This means assistance is available nearby if needed.
