Positiv ist der Vorhandene Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz und die Nähe zur Ostsee. Das Fehlende WLAN kann ja noch behoben werden. Der Verwalter, die strandsommer GmbH schien mir sehr engagiert zu sein.

Schön gelegene Fewo

ie Lage des Objekts war für uns ideal: direkt am Wald mit kurzem Weg zum Strand, wenige Schritte zum Rhododendronpark, Viertel mit schönen älteren Häusern, zwei gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, hell und freundlich. Ideal war auch, dass ein TG- Platz zur Wohnung gehört. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die Oberflächen waren gereinigt, aber es gab einige Stellen, die schon lange nicht geputzt worden waren (z.B. Unterseite des Waschbeckens, Syphon total verkrustet, Schimmelstellen in der Dusche, ... Der Boiler in der Küche war undicht und tropfte. Es stand eine Müslischale zum Auffangen des Wassers darunter (Vormieter oder Reinigungskraft?) Als die übergelaufen war, entdeckten wir den Schaden.
