Welcome to this charming house in Portland that has its own pool, backyard, bqq, and large deck. With three cozy bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Inside, the space feels peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding in the soothing living area or enjoying the pleasant atmosphere throughout, this home offers a comfortable retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

No loud partying after 10 PM as this is a family oriented neighborhood. Pool area is closed after 10pm.

Owner and his workers frequent the detached garage. He also uses a parking space in the driveway.

Please note the house is located on a busier street however the backyard and house give a nice secluded ambience.

(1) Park in the designated parking spot in the driveway directly to the left of the garage. All other parking is free on Washington Ave.
Pool closes at 10pm. No glass by the pool. Leave the pool area as it was when you arrived.
No house parties or partying after 10pm. No access to the pool area after 10pm. It’s a family oriented neighborhood. Thanks!

Lovely stay in Portland! The location is perfect, close to different areas of the city. The house is very nice - comfortable and new furniture. The sheets and kitchen supplies could use an update. The pool is nice. The one thing that surprised us was that the owner lived on the property - in the pool house- so we did not have as much privacy as we expected. He is a super nice guy though and was helpful and not intrusive at all!

What makes this property unique

This house has an expansive enclosed backyard with a large pool and multiple decks! Just two miles from the Old Port makes it a short uber into town to see all that Portland has to offer!
