Gorgeous 3-bedroom house in charming Portland

Welcome to this charming house in Portland that has its own backyard, bqq, and large deck. With three cozy bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Inside, the space feels peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding in the soothing living area or enjoying the pleasant atmosphere throughout, this home offers a comfortable retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

No loud partying after 10 PM as this is a family oriented neighborhood. Pool area is closed after 10pm. Pool closes for the season Sept. 19th.

Owner and his workers frequent the detached garage.

Please note the house is located on a busier street however the backyard and house give a nice secluded ambience.

(1) Park in the designated parking spot in the driveway directly to the left of the garage. All other parking is free on Washington Ave.
Pool closes at 10pm. No glass by the pool. Leave the pool area as it was when you arrived.
No house parties or partying after 10pm. No access to the pool area after 10pm. It’s a family oriented neighborhood. Thanks!
