Top location on the high Eimberg, - only 700m to the Ettelsberg cable car; 500m to the center; 400m to the brewery/train station; 100m to Rewe/Lidl - and most other tourist facilities such as summer toboggan run, climbing hall, go-kart track, playground, lagoon pool, ice rink, chair lifts K1 and Ritzhagen... are also no more than 1km away.
5-room non-smoking residence for 4-6 people with WiFi, veranda and large garden with a view of the Ettelsberg. Officially it is a holiday apartment - but with the character of a holiday home - although there are two other apartments in the house. This combines exceptional accommodation, a prime location and modern and tasteful furnishings for sophisticated living requirements with a 'feel-good atmosphere'.

ATTENTION - important information for clubs!!! As a precaution, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not want or tolerate "excessive conviviality" - such as parties, loud music and other exuberant celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants - but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbors - you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to read §12 of our terms and conditions ()!
No rental to pure party clubs, stag parties, "social" sports clubs, groups of twenty-somethings under 30!

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 5 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of € 120, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €300 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.


Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
