Strandnahes, in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt

Das Objekt an sich wirkt von außen sehr in die Jahre gekommen, so leider auch der Balkon.Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, wirkt aber teilweise auch abgewohnt, an den Kückenschränken platzt das Furnier ab.Positiv erwähnen möchte ich das neue Bad.Und die Lage. Sehr zentral und Strandnähe. Mit Hund alles in allem angenehm.
