The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for a romantic dinner or a relaxed family meal. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When you arrive, please initially park in the main lot attached to North Coast Village. Walk just a few feet to your North to the patrol station (by the Pelican sign).
The patrol staff will have your name and guide you on how to pick up your keys and parking pass at the HOA office in the center of the village.
If you arrive after 4:30 pm on your check-in date, the patrolman will have your keys, fob & parking pass for you. Then they will provide you the directions for your reserved parking. Enjoy your stay!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
