This very private, quiet, one bedroom apartment with queen bed, and pull out couch double bed, spaciously accommodates 4. And while there is parking for your car on the property, a 5-minute walk will have you at Woodbine subway station on the Bloor line. 4 stops (or 5 minutes) will have you right in the centre of GreekTown known worldwide for its `Taste of the Danforth`. 9 stops (approx. 15 minutes) will find you in the downtown core at Bloor & Yonge - a shopper`s utopia. A five-minute drive south will land you in the middle of Toronto’s beautiful “Beach” community and strolling on the famous boardwalk that follows the picturesque shoreline of Lake Ontario. 10 minutes southwest offers the colours, aromas and authentic flavours of Little India.

To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home. Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you`re welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted.

🚫 This is a strictly non-smoking suite — that includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping. The building enforces some of the most stringent no-smoking rules in the city. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony under any circumstances.

🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute.

🏋️‍♂️ There’s GoodLife Fitness Gym not that far away. It`s a great option for guests looking to stay active during their visit. Be sure to check the GoodLife website — they often offer complimentary workout passes for new visitors!

🚗 If you require parking, there is one spot with the suite. That said, a car isn’t necessary to enjoy your stay — the neighbourhood is incredibly walkable, with countless shops, cafes, and attractions just steps away. Plus, public transit is nearby, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of driving.

🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking.

🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is through the front door and down the building’s stairwells. Please do not use the elevator during an emergency.
