What makes this property unique

Newly remodel home that's walkable to Notre Dame University, home has a modern kitchen and 3 full baths, 1 half bath, living room on the main level with a family room and one of the bedrooms and baths in the lower level. Fenced back yard with deck and firepit, sorry the garage is not included.
