Small oasis, central but quiet, living in the beautiful Villa Victoria

Centrally located yet quiet on a side street, our cozy vacation apartment is situated in the annex of the beautiful Villa Victoria, built in 1904 in the seaside resort architectural style. It is a small, peaceful oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Sellin. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the center of Sellin and the beach with its famous pier. Also nearby are a bus stop, a bakery, a supermarket, the water park, the Amber Museum, and various cafés and restaurants.

The 38-square-meter apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase and the adjoining covered gallery. It features a bedroom with a box-spring bed (one mattress, W 1.60 x L 2.00 m), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a small kitchenette with two hot plates, a refrigerator, and a sink—but
NO!!!! oven, dishwasher, microwave,
a living/dining room with a sleeper sofa (a THIN foam mattress, W 1.15 x L 1.70 m), a TV with cable channels, and a small balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available. It is ideally suited for a maximum of two or, at most, three people. The balcony seats two people and, like the cozy courtyard, invites you to start your morning in a relaxed way and wind down the day there comfortably. A free parking space is also included with the apartment. There are also bike racks in the courtyard for your bicycles. You can also barbecue using the on-site grill in the courtyard. Please be sure to clean up afterward.

Do you need a laundry package for €22.00 per person (1 sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel)? If so, please feel free to book this separately. A brief message to the landlords is sufficient. Payment for the laundry packages must be made directly to the landlords in advance via bank transfer (NOT to Fewo!).

The visitor’s tax must also be paid to the landlords in advance. You’ll then receive the tourist cards digitally so you can use them right when your vacation begins.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. You’ll find the key on-site in a key box. The code will be provided shortly before your arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
