Die Wohnung ist großzügig, verfügt über eine helle Ausstattung und traumhafte Dachterrasse.Hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit dieses Objektesund die direkte freundliche Kommunikation mit Marie von Momentic. Schöne Zeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Für diese Wohnung haben wir uns entschieden, weil wir keine Abstriche machen wollten. Der Check-In war leider nicht so schön.Schade auch, dass der Zustand unsere Erwartung leider nicht erfüllt hat. Eingangstür defekt, sowie die Griffe der Terassentür. Auch der Backofenschließt nicht richtig. Ansonsten ist die Lage perfekt!!!

Die Unterkunft war für unsere ganze Familie sehr schön, da die Zimmeraufteilung und die Anzahl der Bäder genau zu uns passte. ImAppartment sind einige Reparaturen unumgänglich. Der Herd hat lose Regler, die Backofentür schließt nicht richtig. Der Geschirrspüler ist nur lose reingestellt und fällt beim Ein und Ausräumen nach vorn. Die Abzugshaube funktioniert gar nicht. Die Fenster klemmen und die Funktionsfähigkeit ist eingeschränkt. Der Fussboden hat auch schon sehr gelitten....schade. Ansonsten passt der Gesamtbestand der Ausstattung zur Personenzahl. Schönes Penthouse mit Luft nach oben

Für 10 Leute ist das Penthouse wirklich super, jeder hat sein Rückzugsort. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt & die Aussicht ist auch super. Ein paar kleine Punkte gab es dennoch die uns persönlich gefehlt haben: -Draußen auf der Terrasse einen ordentlichen Esstisch für 10 Personen - mehr Töpfe oder Pfannen wo man auch für die Anzahl an Personen was kochen kann - ein paar kuscheldecken vielleicht - Brotkörbe, Schüsseln, einige Geräte bräuchten mal eine Reparatur - eine Beschriftung an der Eingangstür das es da zum Penthouse geht ( habe einige Zeit gesucht) Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden! Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie drei Generationen in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Schlafräume teilweise nicht verdunkelt werden können.

Alles in Allem eine Empfehlung für die Unterkunft und den Vermieter. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die mangelhafte Kommunikation via Mail und dass bei warmen Temperaturen die oberen Zimmer zur Sauna werden.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr gute Lage mit Parkplätzen vor der Tür, sehr nah am Strand Große helle Räume mit wunderschöner sehr sehr große Terrasse mit viel Sitz und liege Möglichkeiten. Wir waren 7 Personen, jeder hatte ein Schlafzimmer Es war alles da, sehr guter Kaffee Automat mit großer Auswahl an Getränken! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich! Danke für die tolle Familien Zeit in ihrem Haus
