Take a seat on the stylish bar stools and enjoy your breakfast or a refreshing drink. The ground floor also features a tastefully designed bathroom that offers all comforts.



Head to the upper floor of the house to discover the wonderful bedroom oasis. The first bedroom pampers you with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The second bedroom is also equipped with a cosy double bed. In the third bedroom, you will find two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Another bathroom with a shower is available to ensure your comfort.

What is in the house?

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 bin bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.



IMPORTANT!

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in such cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
