Villa 'Le Sughere' in Riparbella offers you a fantastic view of the Etruscan Coast and the Tuscan islands.



This impressive three-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and TV.



Enjoy a private outdoor area with a fenced heated pool (on request), spacious garden, covered veranda, barbecue, and outdoor shower. There is also a badminton court available.



The pool is open from March to November. In March, April, May, October, and November, pool heating is available for an extra fee. The pool is maintained at an ideal temperature for outdoor swimming.



The villa is set in a panoramic location on the hills of Val di Cecina, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The village of Riparbella is just a short distance away.



There are 3 parking spaces on the property and free parking is available on site.



Families with children are welcome. A crib and high chair are available on request.



Pets are allowed for an extra fee, maximum 2 per stay. An electric vehicle charging station is available.



Groups of young people are not permitted.



Guests with children and those with disabilities should note there are numerous steps in the property.



Beach and pool towels are provided.



The property follows recycling guidelines; further information will be provided on site.

Incredible stay, perfect house!

Pros: We enjoyed everything in this house! Great location to visit the region, quiet area but close to points of interest. Fantastic view, the house is surrounded by a great garden. Perfectly renovated by an interior designer. Top quality equipment (bedding, floor AC, electronic appliances) and amenities (beautiful pool, bikes, badminton court). The house is greatly maintained, with an attention to details (welcome bottle of wine, flowers and basic products in the kitchen). Sabina can cook an excellent toscanian dinner on request. We simply loved staying at Le Sughere and highly recommend it. It is even better than in the pictures! Cons: Nothing to mention, everything was perfect and we will come back
