Located in the heart of downtown OCNJ, this beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the ideal “park and walk” experience—just a few short blocks to the beach, boardwalk, and the best of Asbury Avenue.

**Guests will be required to sign rental documents to confirm bookings. If Guests are not willing to sign rental documents, reservation/booking may be cancelled.
