This lovely condo, one of only three units, is very quiet and peaceful and has views of the beautiful Santa Barbara Riviera from the private patio adjacent to the living room where you can enjoy coffee in the mornings and al fresco dining in the evenings. Only 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and 5 minutes to the beach. Grocery shopping, coffee shops and restaurants are a short walk away from this lovely property. This location is great for walking and biking. The stunning "Santa Barbara Bowl" is within walking distance for your summer concert venue among the beautiful oak trees with ocean views. We are confident that you will agree this is indeed a Fabulous Find with many happy returns.

Utilities are included up to a maximum of $350/month. Overage will be billed to the guest.
Housekeeping will be required every 2 weeks for long term stays of 30+ days. This will be billed by our housekeeper at additional cost.
