We have an Irreplaceable Location with Direct Ocean Views from the back unit. Only 1 Block Off Ocean. The only area separating The BACK COTTAGE accross the street and the Ocean is the Beautiful Santa Barbara Park!

The Back unit is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 60” HD TV's w/ Blue Ray DVD, Wireless Internet access, as well as off-street parking. The property is recently renovated and the interiors are professionally decorated to provide our guests with the ultimate in style and comfort. The cottage offers views to Cabrillo Park and the ocean. We have two stroller-joggers, beach chairs and towels, pack-n-plays and some beach toys. This cottage is a true getaway that has it all. Beautiful location and comfortable place

We loved the patio area and found the beds to be so comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to work with, the property is just as described and the location is wonderful. They provided so many nice things in the kitchen and garage. Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope to come back!

Santa Barbara Getaway

Cute cottage that is walking distance to the beach and parks which is perfect when traveling with a pet. Enjoyable stay. We just wish the weather would have been more cooperative as it rained a couple of days during our stay.

Adorable cottage

We had a great, comfortable few days at the little cottage in Santa Barbara. Perfect location. Walked to beach then to pier and downtown. Safe clean neighborhood. Clean cottage. Had all the amenities. Cute little backyard. It was just what we needed. Thank you !

Santa Barbara beech house

The water view from the back cottage was great to wake up to. The location is great: near the zoo, away from busy State Street but close enough to walk to stuff. The kitchen was small but fully functional with a grocery store like a block away. The host provide lots of kids stuff, stroller, high chair, and even beach toys!

Great cottage, great location

This is a wonderful cottage for our stay during the Christmas holiday. There's a private, enclosed back patio with seatings and a BBQ. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Santa Barbara perfection

Beautiful 2 bedroom with perfect kitchen. Very comfy bed and ample room for two adults and two Golden Retrievers that LOVED the fenced back yard. Close to everything we needed, thanks to Google navigation.Hope to return for a longer stay

Cozy cottage by the beach.

We stayed here with our 2 teens for a birthday weekend & it was perfect. Location was within walking distance of beach, Stearns wharf, mini-market, & restaurants. Very happy with cottage. It was cozy, had a great kitchen with coffee maker, large tv, plenty of room for 5 people including our 2 chihuahuas. Definitely would recommend.

Great location to enjoy the Santa Barbara area

We had a great time, enjoying all that the house had to offer. The location is great as it is near a small market, the Zoo, and the beach. Great walkability score. The backyard is very nice and being just off the living room it was great for our dogs to go in and out. The grill was a very nice Weber and made for good cooking. The kitchen is small but was good for what we needed it for. The beds were very comfortable! We would stay here again.

Super clean, super comfortable!

The property is exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, close to East Beach and amenities. Private back yard/patio with excellent sun exposure. Our host David was very responsible; helped us with an issue of our own making (thanks David!) This is a wonderful neighborhood of private, quiet family homes. Added bonus off-street parking too!

Great stay near the beach!

Everything was just like the listing. Very comfortable for me and my two teenage boys. We spent a lot of time at the beach and just hanging around the immediate area. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. It was a great stay!

Desert Heat Escape

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. Awesome location, comfortable space inside and out. The weather was perfect with a cool ocean breeze. We shopped at the corner grocery store and ate yummy food at the taco truck. So convenient! Best part was the ease of walking our 11 year old dog and being able to park in the driveway. Perfect escape from the desert heat. Thank you!

The Best Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location can’t be beat and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is comfortable with a cute backyard. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed for making simple meals. We enjoyed using the BBQ on our last day to grill local fish that we bought from Santa Barbara Fish Market at the harbor, a 5 minute drive from the house. Check in and out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location.

Our family had a wonderful time. The vacating rental was true to picture. The property was clean and the area was quiet. We enjoyed morning walks to the beach and we even walked to the zoo that was close by. We had an issue with the smoke detector beeping randomly and we messaged David who replied back promptly. We've stayed in many rentals over the years and this was the most peaceful. Thank you David for hosting our family.

Great place!

This house is a great place to stay. You cannot beat the location! It is walking distance to a great market, the beach, parks, hotels. Parking is very easy in the driveway. It was nice that a stroller and a crib were provided. The backyard was a lovely place to hang out with very comfortable furniture and a big umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.
