We have an Irreplaceable Location with Direct Ocean Views from the back unit. Only 1 Block Off Ocean. The only area separating The BACK COTTAGE accross the street and the Ocean is the Beautiful Santa Barbara Park!

The Back unit is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 60” HD TV's w/ Blue Ray DVD, Wireless Internet access, as well as off-street parking. The property is recently renovated and the interiors are professionally decorated to provide our guests with the ultimate in style and comfort. The cottage offers views to Cabrillo Park and the ocean. We have two stroller-joggers, beach chairs and towels, pack-n-plays and some beach toys. This cottage is a true getaway that has it all. This unique location allows you to literally walk across the street to famed East Beach and be within walking distance to the waterfront and harbor, downtown as well as Montecito, For those who want to venture farther out there is the wine country and many other worthwhile attractions. We loved our stay at East Beach Cottage! The proximity to the beaches and area attractions are prime. David is an accommodating host with quick response time to our questions. The pictures online are exactly what we got, including views of the beach from the fenced in backyard.

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay for several days with our two fur babies. The location is excellent, just about a block from the gorgeous beach. The cottage is very clean and comfy, stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Our two dogs enjoyed playing in the completely fenced in backyard right off of the living room area. We enjoyed walking along State Street with all of its many shops and restaurants. David, the host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

Great location for easy walks to walkway and bike lanes along ocean front. The walk up to the pier at night was amazing. The rooms are good size and the kitchen was perfect for us - Kurig coffee maker with coffee!, great fridge and range. The small fenced in backyard area is nice - well furnished with chaors and couch, table and umbrella. A bit boxed in by the high hedge and fence, but really good for coffee and reading in the fresh air. And the parking is great. Long-ish driveway leaves car right by the door to unit. Awesome.

Perfect location

This was the perfect cottage for our week long stay. There were so many extra amenities, we truly felt at home. The back patio was so beautiful, and the ocean view was an added bonus. If we ever visit Santa Barbara agian, we will definitely look into staying here.

Great location, enjoyed our stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs. The location of the property is close to everything including a 5 min walk to the beach. House is great for a couple or small family. Inside needs to be freshened up a bit with decor and cleanliness but overall we had a nice stay.

Adorable back yard. Had all the beach gear you need Chairs, Boogie boards, Cooler. Walking distance to Tri County Market and the Beach. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful location for beach, running/walking, bike riding, and downtown Santa Barbara. Charming cottage, generously appointed, good beds, private backyard, very quiet. Host is committed to excellent experience for guests. Will definitely go back again.

Perfect Location and Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to the ocean, making morning and evening strolls along the coastline truly unforgettable. There's also a market nearby, making it super easy to grab wine, tea, or anything else we needed.The house itself was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The backyard was spacious enough for our dogs to relax comfortably, which was a big plus. The owner was very responsive and made our stay worry-free.Another highlight was the food—within walking distance, we found a great taco stand and an incredible taco food truck. Both were delicious!Without a doubt, we will stay here again when we visit Santa Barbara. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay

Property was as described, very nice location and easy walk to beach. Town was very close by but you might want to drive instead of walking into town. Parking in town was easy to find and restaurants were excellent There was a small grocery store within 50 yards of the house which was very convenient, as property had all the amenities, including a very clean gas grill and lovey patio to relax after a long day of sight seeing. We would stay there again

Walk to beach from colorful, clean, comfortable cottage

This was the perfect ‘home’ for three women friends to get beach time and to walk to dining and shopping. We appreciate the availability of beach items to use, off street parking, close to Sprouts market, cleanliness of the home and colorful decor. The beds were comfy… even the sleeper sofa. Lots of towels and bedding to use. Nice patio too.

Beautiful and comfortable place!

I almost don't want to review too highly so it wont be booked when we return...and we will definitely be returning! The cottage was well furnished. Comfy bed, all other furniture and kitchen were great, outdoor furniture was top of the line. The location was perfect with an ocean view and walkable to everywhere downtown and the funk zone. Parking is available. Absolutely not one problem or complaint!

Winter break in beautiful Santa Barbara

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It is literally a few minutes walk from lovely and vast East beach as well as a nice supermarket and restaurants. It is very close to downtown as well. The property has a very pretty fancied and private backyard that is ideal for a meal as well as for a dog. The condo has everything necessary for a cozy stay. We spent very happy 2 weeks there exploring beautiful Santa Barbara and surroundings. Very enjoyable

Can't beat it

Great small cottage to spend a few days in while visiting Santa Barbara and the surrounding area. Location is ideal to the beach, a walk to downtown, or a drive to any of the wonderful scenic locations nearby. Communication could not have been any better - clear, quick, accurate. Clean. Property and amenities just as advertised. Definitley would go back if we're visiting again.
