The property was cute, comfortable, and cozy. Neighborhood was great and I felt comfortable to walk the dog even later in the evening which is not always true. The kitchen was clean and the bedrooms as described. the shower did have a number of spiders (likely baby daddy long legs, which are technically crustacians) in the shower. Host was responsive when I asked if this amount of bug presence was normal. Stated they spray on a schedule, the unit had just been cleaned, and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Being literally next to the river and in a warmer month of the year their response was appreciated, answered my question, and provided context.
