Many attractions, such as numerous castles and palaces, as well as a wide range of outdoor activities, are located in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located between Bayreuth, Bamberg, and Nuremberg.

This high-end chalet, with 75 m² of living space, offers the utmost comfort in the heart of nature. As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel the special charm that characterizes the entire house.
The living area, which extends all the way to the roof ridge, features hand-hewn and brushed natural spruce ceiling paneling that creates a warm, cozy atmosphere and ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The high-quality, wood-look design flooring, laid throughout, underscores the stylish and harmonious living ambience.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, featuring a modern kitchen island, flows seamlessly into one another and forms the heart of the chalet. Whether you’re dining together or relaxing on the cozy XL chalet sofa, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery from anywhere.
The large sliding glass door seamlessly connects the interior to the approximately 40 m² floating wooden sun deck. Here, a cozy dining area and teak sun loungers invite you to enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest.
The stylish, inviting bathroom features a walk-in shower, a separate toilet niche, and a large vanity with plenty of counter space. An oversized mirror visually brings nature into the room. The highlight is the freestanding bathtub in front of the panoramic window—the perfect place to leave the stresses of daily life behind.
From the adjacent bedroom, you have direct access to the sun deck through a double-leaf glass door. Equipped with a high-quality Hasena box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and a walk-in closet, it offers the ultimate in sleeping comfort as well as ample storage space for your clothes and luggage.
Our chalet is a smoke-free property. Pets, parties, and other events or loud celebrations are strictly prohibited without exception.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
