The approximately 125 m² upstairs apartment can accommodate 6 people. Separate entrance to the upper floor via a staircase.

The Accommodation
Upon arrival, there are 2–3 shaded parking spaces for vehicles under the large chestnut tree on the enclosed property.
Through a separate entrance and up a flight of stairs, you’ll reach the holiday apartment on the 1st floor. Here, a 125 m² apartment awaits you.
A special highlight is the living-dining room, which offers a particularly spacious feel thanks to its 6-meter-high ceiling. The silent ceiling fan ensures comfortable air circulation. The large 3 x 3-meter patio doors flood the room with natural light and offer a magnificent, sweeping view across the thatched fields to the horizon. Enjoy the atmosphere with your favourite station from internet radio.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have a double bed and a closet. A cot and baby monitor are also available. The third bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase to the second floor; it’s especially popular with younger guests—we call it the “robber’s den.” It features two single beds and a walk-in closet.
The dining area has a large dining table that seats 6, plus a high chair for toddlers.
The kitchen and bathroom (with a washing machine) are fully equipped.
Both terraces are furnished with chairs, a table, and a patio umbrella.
All rooms have insect screens, and both terrace doors are equipped with sliding insect screens. The staircase is secured with a toddler safety gate.
The large lawns surrounding the holiday rental offer plenty of opportunities for play. A large nest swing for two children hangs from a high branch of our big chestnut tree. Give it a push, and you’ll be rewarded with a wonderfully long back-and-forth swing. A sandpit with sand toys is located under a shady birch tree and is visible from both patios.
A charcoal grill with a rustic seating area is ready for our holiday guests to start grilling.
As an alternative, a cosy barbecue hut offers space in case of bad weather or during the winter months. With punch, grilled sausages, and games, a great atmosphere is guaranteed here.
