This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located in the exclusive Longlake Village neighborhood of Pelican Landing—a prestigious gated resort-style community in Bonita Springs. Guests enjoy private boat access to a secluded beach island, just minutes from your front door.
Step into an open, light-filled living space with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and luxury furnishings throughout. The screened lanai faces southwest, offering relaxing views of the lake and fountain—a perfect setting for evening drinks or morning coffee.
The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath. The first guest bedroom offers flexibility with two twin beds that can convert into a king. The second guest bedroom doubles as an office with a queen pull-out sofa—ideal for additional guests or remote work and offers a second TV.

We also love the active yet relaxed lifestyle here, from kayaking and sailing on Estero Bay to morning walks under mature oaks and palms. It’s a place that immediately makes you feel at home.
