The two-storey villa consists of 4
Bedrooms with double / single beds, 3 bathrooms, a small and a large lounge (80m2) with open fireplace, 3 private gardens with palms and Canary plants, 2 two south-oriented terraces overlooking the sea. The terraces and gardens are completely secluded and guarantee undisturbed evenings at the barbecue or at the dinner table in the evening sun. There is nothing between you and the sea, no beach path!

The unique romantic location on a promontory, about ten feet above the sea, with 180 degree panoramic views, invite you for an unforgettable vacation. No cars or pedestrians on a beach promenade, disturb your deserved rest.
The villa is located between two staircases which provide access to the two beaches on foot in one minute. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Nice communal pool, parking

Sports: Water Sports: In the resort of Bahia Feliz, the station of Club Mistral is ideally located on the beach. Approximately. 50 current boards and 70 rigs and surfers, boogie Bards and kayaks are provided.
Mountain biking: Gran Canaria is an island with numerous trails that are great for cycling fans and visitors are looking for direct contact with nature. Whether it is the departure or the long haul, the bike is a perfect vehicle to experience indescribably beautiful landscapes. Current and high quality bikes can be rented in the immediate vicinity. There are also guided tours.
Hiking: The entire surface of the island is covered by an extensive network of trails. There are easily accessible slopes, king paths and mule tracks, but also small roads and paths that are experienced hikers only.
Tennis: In the immediate vicinity there are two tennis courts.

Golf: Gran Canaria is unique , because the island has a special advantage: the climate and the opportunity to play golf throughout the year. Today Gran Canaria has six golf courses, which are scattered throughout the island area in a radius of no more than 50 kilometers from each other. Coming soon to be extended to four other places in this list that are currently under construction. A further advantage of Gran Canaria golf courses is their competitive price, which is below the average.

Was perfect for our 7 night holiday. Everything we needed was there from cooking a meal indoors to having a BBQ on the terrace. The views are fantastic, very close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Taxi's are a short walk away if you fancy venturing further afield. The property itself was very spacious internally and externally there are multiple levels and areas to escape for a quiet coffee / vino in the sun and enjoy the views. Would visit again.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. We had the most fantastic holiday in your wonderfully equipped house. We could not have asked for more. Kristina was so helpful too and the house was exceptionally clean and tidy. We had beautiful weather and were blessed with a gorgeous day on our trip to tejeda - stunning as is the bienmesabe :) we also took a trip to Puerto Mogan. Well worth a visit, for English speaking guests, was the moonlight cinema at maspalomas where we watched Hollywood stars under the stars! with waiter service to your sofas - tremendous! Lots of the time, we just relaxed at the villa and listened to the waves and enjoyed the heat. Would love to come back to this beautiful house and island. Huge thanks again

Beautiful month in Maspalomas

We stayed in the house for the month of August and had a wonderful time!! The view of the ocean alone is worth the money. It is breathtaking. We loved the easy walk to the beach every day and you could even see family members swimming in the ocean from the yard. Amazing! We loved the little community pool as well for the kids in the afternoons, as the beach is not ideal for kids during high tide (because of the rocks). The house is comfortable, we loved the outdoor living feel. 2 things to note: there is not AC in the kitchen/living room space, which was difficult as we had a heat front one week. There were a lot of cockroaches and ants! To be expected with outside dining etc, but the kitchen had a big problem. Overall, I highly recommend the home! I r had a wonderful time!

Alles perfekt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön, es gibt nichts daran auszusetzen. Kristina war jederzeit erreichbar wenn wir fragen hatten oder Tipps brauchten. Die Betten sind auch sehr gemütlich. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke genauso wie der Strand. Lidl ist mit dem Auto keine 10 min entfernt. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden der eine schöne Zeit haben möchte

War super. Man war für sich alleine und doch nahe an allem (Strand, Bushaltestelle, Einkaufen...alles in Fussdistanz). Die Anlage war super schön. Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass man draussen und drinnen übergangslos war. Das Meer ständig vor sich...Ferien puur.

Es freut uns immer, wenn ein Gast wie Sie die Vorteile unseres Hauses schätzt: ein Haus völlig ruhig ohne Straßenlärm mit von außen uneinsehbarem Garten, Terrasse und überdachter Grillecke. Tatsächlich nahtlos am Meer ohne Fußgängerweg davor und unmittelbar direkt am Strand gelegen, aber dennoch zwei kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und die Bushaltestelle in nur ein bis zwei Minuten zu Fuß hinter dem Haus erreichbar. Einmalig diese Lage für Gran Canaria Nichts ist schlimmer für einen Gast, wenn er auf die Fotos und ein paar positive Kommentare auf einer Webseite im Internet vertraut hatte und dann in seinem ohnehin seltenen Urlaub bitter enttäuscht wird. Positive Kommentare, vor allem wenn es nur wenige sind, können von Freunden des Besitzers stammen. Fotos können sehr trügerisch sein. Sie zeigen nicht, ob neben dem Haus ein belebter Parkplatz oder eine laute Straße angrenzt. Dann hat der Gast erst bei Ankunft die böse Überraschung, aber dann ist es zu spät. Oft ist das Objekt auch weit vom Meer oder Geschäften entfernt gelegen und man muss mühsam mit dem Bus oder Auto zum Strand oder für den Einkauf zu den Geschäften fahren und zeitraubend einen Parkplatz suchen. Wir sind glücklich, dass unser Haus keine solchen Überraschungen verbirgt. Viele unsere Gäste sind daher zu Stammgästen geworden und kommen immer wieder....

Thank you so much for your complimentary comments on our house and its unique location (Underbart läge) Yes, all guests in our house love the panorama view over the sea from our house you mention (panorama utsikt) , which is undisturbed except for the high palm trees on our property. Nobody from outside can look into the property , you are completely private and can enjoy the intimacy of the terraces and garden with your family. We are happy to learn from your comments that you enjoyed the fresh bread for your breakfast every morning. All our guests just like you love the complete silence on our property except for the waves of the sea and yet appreciate the proximity of the shops just in a walking distance of a few hundred meters. It takes you just a minute or two to reach on foot one supermarket which is open from 8 am to 8 pm without any break including Saturdays . Even on Sundays it is open from 8 am to 1 pm. Although the pool is shared, it is not often used as the sea and beach being just down a few steps from the house is preferred by most guests, so if you like the pool you and your family can use it alone and have it all for yourselves most of the time. We are grateful that a large free public parking place is available immediately behind our residence Roca del Mar. In busy times it is full , but you can park along the streets free of charge and without any time limit. Unfortunately we have no parking place for exclusive use for our guests, as this is almost never the case in villas located directly on the sea as our villa is. You find houses with private garages further inland away from the beaches, but we think it is more interesting to live directly on the beach without having to take the car to the beach and have the difficulty of finding a parking place there Thank you again to have taken the trouble to write such a positive comment for the benefit of Swedish speaking guests

A wonderful time at a beautiful villa

We’ve had a wonderful time at your tasteful villa. I have to admit it took us a short while to accustom ourselves. We weren’t prepared for the hustle and bustle outside the area, the parking place and the high buildings in the neighbourhood. But once inside the area it was quiet and green and behind the owners garden wall there was only the view and the sound of the see. It was so beautiful. And eventually we loved the nearness of the little grocery shops, restaurants and the beaches on both sides. It was tranquil enough. For the 2 little ones the sea was too rough and the beach too gritty, but for an adult morning swim it fulfilled our expectations. And the swimming pool was very popular with our granddaughter, who had the pool all to herself. For the children we visited the sandy bays in the south, in combination with a short trip to one of the highlights. But most of the time we were lazy and enjoyed the sun and the shadow in the small garden and on the beautiful terraces of the villa. We loved the outdoor kitchen, we’ve spent a lot of warm and pleasant evenings there. The villa was comfortable and clean, a bit outdated perhaps, but that was also a part of its authentic charm. There was a lot of privacy for the adults. The room downstairs was a bit like sleeping in the dining room, for the bathroom you needed to go upstairs, which was a small disadvantage. Being there with 5 grownups and 2 little children we had to coordinate the use of the hot water. Luckily, there was an outside shower after visiting the beach. The wifi was inadequate for at least 5 devices (sometimes more). We had to share, which wasn’t a punishment, during our vacation. Booking the villa, the owner was very friendly. His contributions were helpful. At our arrival, Kristina was helpful, but a bit in a hurry. Perhaps we were later than expected? But she was so kind to drop us off at the Vivo, to buy our first groceries. By the way, we were very glad we had, later on, a rental car to our disposition. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family. For the toddler there were a bit too many stairs and doors, we had to block all entrances and stairs, but next year, we expect him to go up and down the stairs without accidents and his fetish for closed doors has come to an end, so perhaps we hope to can stay in you lovely villa once more.

Thank you for your overall comment „ a wonderful time at a beautiful villa“ and all your compliments. We liked your remark about the communal pool. Although heated it is rarely used by the owners of our 8 houses in our small Community who prefer to go down the few steps to swim in the sea and bought the houses on the beach for this purpose. No wonder you noted „the swimming pool was very popular with our granddaughter, who had the pool all to herself“ We are on the point to introduce into our house very potent and fast fibre glass Internet, so that all members of a large family can surf at the same time without any problems in the future As indicated on our website the villa has three sleeping rooms, all three with en suit bathrooms and is therefore ideal for 6 adults. However, if a family absolutely wants to come with 8 or 9 adults, we have a movable reserve bed and turned the study next to the downstairs sitting room into a fourth additional sleeping room with twin beds . The users of that sleeping room have to use one of the other three bathrooms, because the construction of a fourth bathroom at this level is technically not possible As to the decoration of the house many guests love the furniture and old doors which are some precious Spanish antiques from the well known antique shop Abdelaro Linares in Madrid and some old Canarian pieces we discovered inside the island twenty years ago. As Gran Canaria is very close to Africa we have bought some antique objects from Africa and some valuable items over 200 years old like the wooden sculptures from different tribes in the Islands of Indonesia. All this gives the interior a certain exotic charm and the atmosphere of an Island architecture which we wanted to create. Thank you for your time to give such a vivid and detailed description of your stay in our house as well as for your intention to recommend our villa on the beach and come again yourself with your family for holidays to us

Wunderschön!

Diese wunderschöne Villa befindet sich direkt am Meer, und hat eine fantastischen Aussicht! Nur c.a. 2 geheminuten bis zum kleinen, fast privaten Strand und c.a.3 min zum noch einen grosseren Strand. Haus ist sehr gross, schön eingerichtet, hat 4 separaten Schlaffzimmer, 2 Terrasse und noch eine separate Terrasse für Barbeque. Diese Villa hat alles, was mal sich für eine glückliche Ürlaub wünschen kann! Ich würde gerne noch mal meine Ferien dort verbringen! Inessa. Zürich, Schweiz

Sehr schönes Haus mit phantastischem Ausblick

Wir haben drei wundervolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Durch die zwei Ebenen und dem kleinen Garten konnte sich jeder einen Platz zum Erholen finden. Die Terrasse bietet genügend Platz und einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Wir haben jedes Essen genossen. Die Ausstattung haben wir in einem guten Zustand vorgefunden und auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Übergabe und Abgabe des Objektes verliefen reibungslos. Die Zwischenreinigung war perfekt - Kompliment an Krisztina. Zu beiden Seiten des Hauses befinden sich schöne Badebuchten. Diese sind nicht überlaufen, an der kleinen Bucht waren wir manchmal sogar alleine. Da das Objekt nicht einsehbar ist, bietet es absolute Privatsphäre. 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder haben eine sehr entspannte Zeit auf Gran Canaria verbracht. Danke.

Perfekter Urlaub direkt am Meer

Das Haus war für uns einfach perfekt. Wir waren zu siebt und es gab ausreichend Zimmer so wie Privatsphäre für alle. Das Haus ist sehr groß aber vorallem haben wir den Außenbereich mit dem grandiosen Meerblick jeden Tag genoßen. In der Tat waren es wie beschrieben 180° Meerblick. Wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang übers Wasser. Ohne was dazwischen, da das Haus auf den Felsen gebaut ist. Keine Nachbarn. Ruhig. Alles war wie beschrieben, sogar noch besser. Mit einer kleinen Bucht direkt am Haus. Ein Traum. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen unseren Vorab-Fragen, so wie auch die Kontaktperson vor Ort. Ich würde Roca de Mar auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, ohne wenn und aber. Und sollten wir wieder nach Gran Canaria kommen, nur noch zu diesem Haus

Einmalige Aussicht. Unsere vorgenommenen Ausflugsziele haben wir nicht mehr besucht, da wir uns gesagt haben, dass es nirgends so schön sein kann. Die Zeit vergeht wie im Flug. Perfekt. Wir kommen wieder. Die Parkplatzsituation ist, wie auf ganz Gran Canaria, prekär.

Ruhiges und wunderschönes Domizil!

Wir waren 2 Wochen im April 2015 im Domizil Roca del Mar. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit insgesamt 8 Häusern, von welchen man aber genau gar nichts bemerkt - denn das besagte Domizil liegt am Ende und als einziges direkt am Felsvorsprung. Die Atmosphäre ist schwer zu beschreiben - man muss Sie einfach erleben. Einschlafen zum Rauschen des Meeres, und mit selbigen wieder aufwachen - traumhaft. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Leute (5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind), und es fühlte sich jeder pudelwohl. Ein Teil unserer Familie ist gehbehindert, aber selbst das war bei den wenigen Stufen kein Problem. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden im Haus - was für unsere Kombination aus Familien-/Sport-/Entspannungsurlaub mehr als perfekt war! Der Hausbesitzer ist ebenso nett wie die Haushälterin, und vor allem sehr hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist ganz speziell, da diese offensichtlich aus der ganzen Welt zusammengesammelt wurde und ideal zum Stil des Hauses ans sich passt. SEHR KLASSE! Traumhaus auf GC

Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub in Ihrem außergewöhnlichen Hause verbracht. Es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein!! Zumal die Architektur der „Hauptterrasse“ (von der man ja eigentlich gar nicht mehr ‚runterkommt) einen perfekten Windschutz für den doch ziemlich heftigen „Calima“ darstellte… besser ging’s nicht! Und wir haben tatsächlich sprach- und fassungslos unsere Koffer fallen lassen, als Kristina bei unserer Ankunft die Tür zur Hauptterrasse öffnete und sich dieser grandiose Blick uns bot!! Mit Kristina haben Sie eine großartige „Haushälterin“, die durch ihre charmante, herzliche und zuvorkommende Art überzeugt; herzlichen Glückwunsch zu dieser tollen Frau! Nochmals herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!

Liebe Gastfamilie Tausend Dank für all Ihre Komplimente zu unserem Haus, zum Blick über das Meer und vor allem für unsere freundliche "Wirtschafterin" , die sich um unsere Gäste vor Ort kümmert. Sie spricht Deutsch und Englisch , perfekt Spanisch und kann auch über die ganze Insel gerne Auskunft geben. Ganz froh sind wir über den Erfolg unseres vor einigen Jahren zugebauten Patios mit Überdachung und Windschutz auf der Haupterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Der heiße Wind aus Afrika , der Kalima, kommt zwar nur selten ein paar Tage im Jahr , aber die Option des Wind- und Sonnenschutzes auf einem Teil der großen Hauptterrasse ist immer ein Vorteil wenn Sie jederzeit wahlweise die Sonne und die Meeresbrise auch ohne Windschutz und Dach auf derselben Terrasse genießen können. Auch abends ist dieses Patio mit Blick auf das Meer und die beleuchteten Boote sehr gemütlich zum Abendessen , der WIndfang schützt Sie und das Kerzenlicht von der Brise. WIr freuen uns auf Ihren nächsten Besuch

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Gran Canaria

Wir waren im Oktober da und verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche im Roca del mar..Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Die Lage über dem Meer ist wunderbar und es sind auch nur ein paar Stufen bis zu der wirklich sehr schönen Bucht in der man gut schwimmen kann.Herr Fitz hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine könnte mal getauscht werden, da die Kanne zu klein ist. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.. .

Lieber Gast, Danke für all die Komplimente zum Haus und seine Lage "über dem Meer" wie Sie es bezeichnen. Tatsächlich ragt das Haus ins Meer hinaus , dadurch fühlt man sich wie auf einem Schiff und ist vom Meer umgeben. Wir haben diese Haus selbst an dieser Stelle gebaut , da wir dadurch völlig abgeschirmt sind und unsere Privatsphäre total geschützt ist, niemand kann von aussen in unseren Garten und Terrasse sehen. Auch die unmittelbaren zwei Strände rechts und links vom Haus, die mit ein paar Stufen erreicht werden , haben uns für den Ankauf dieses Grundstücks und den Bau des Hauses an diesm Platz bewogen. Übrigens eine neue Kaffeemaschine und andere Küchengeräte wurden gleich nach Ihrem Besuch im November 2014 angekauft. Kommen Sie wieder, wir freuen uns auf Sie

Traum DIREKT am Meer

Wir hatten das Glück und durften 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Die Fotos hier auf der Seite sind alle wahrheitsgetreu. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten zustand und sehr gepflegt. Es verfügt über alles was man in den Ferien braucht. Die Küche ist meiner Meinung nach "zu gut" ausgestattet, denn man sollte ja doch die guten Restaurants der Insel besuchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und antwortet schnell auf Mails. Die Betreuung vor Ort (Kristina) war sehr freundlich und hat gute Tips auf Lager. Das einzig negative ist, dass das Haus nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt. Es hat zwar viele kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Anlage. Aber die sind meistens besetzt. Desshalb muss man, zum Teil, weite Fusswege zum Auto in kauf nehmen. Falls es uns nochmals nach Gran Canaria verschlägt, dann hoffentlich wieder ins Roca del Mar. Es war ein super Urlaub und das dank diesem Tollen Haus (Villa). Freundliche Grüsse Familie Wolff

Ja, wir sind völlig Ihrer Meinung, ein privater Parkplatz wäre ideal, leider in Gran Canaria direkt am Meer eine Rarität. Wir sind schon glücklich daß wir direkt hinter unserem Anwesen einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz ohne Parkgebühren haben. Sie waren in unserem Haus vom 2-16 August, wenn die Kinder Schulferien haben und viele Eltern aus dem Raum Las Palmas ( fast eine halbe Million Einwohner ) per Auto mit ihren Kindern an unsere Strände im Süden fahren. In dieser Ferienzeit und an Wochenenden bei schönen Badetagen kann es oft sein, daß der Parkplatz tagsüber voll ist und entlang der Strasse vom Meer , zwar auch gratis , aber weiter entfernt geparkt werden muß. Dann kann es schon einmal vorkommen , daß man bei unserem Haus abladen und dann bis maximal 5 Gehminuten von unserem Anwesen entfernt parken muß. Aber abends und außerhalb der Schulferien findet man auf dem gratis Parkplatz direkt hinter uns fast immer einen Platz. Danke für Ihre ausschließlich positive Komplimente über das Haus selbst und seine Lage. Wir sind glücklich, daß Sie trotz des fehlenden Privatparkplatzes, einen „Traumurlaub“ in unserem Haus verbracht haben und daß Sie sehr gerne wieder einen solchen „super Urlaub dank dieses tollen Hauses (Villa)“ in Roca del Mar auf Gran Canaria verbringen wollen. Domizil für abso Entspannung am exponierten Ort

Wir haben ein sehr Extravagantes, mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtetes Haus, dass mit aus aller Welt gesammelten Interieur besticht, ohne für den Fremden aufdringlich zu wirken, vorgefunden. Es strahlt eine Harmonie und Wärme aus, die im Zusammenspiel mit der absolut perfekten Lage auf den Klippen, den Alltag vergessen lässt und selbst für schwer zufriedenstellende Reisende zur absoluten Entspannung führt. Ja, alle unser Gäste können sich bei uns herrlich entspannen und ausruhen. Das Haus ist ja total ruhig gelegen und auf einem ins Meer hinausragenden Felsen gebaut. Es besteht kein Weg zwischen dem Haus und dem Meer, unser Anwesen reicht bis zum Meer hin. Sie hören nichts als die Wellen und vielleicht einige vorbeiziehende Vögel. Niemand kann Sie stören und Sie von außen sehen, wenn Sie auf den Liegen im Garten ausruhen oder mit Ihrer Familie im Freien grillen und auf der Terrasse über dem Meer zu Abend essen . Man ist vom Meer hautnah umgeben und doch nur einige Schritte von den beiden Stränden sowie von den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hinter dem Anwesen entfernt. Wer aber Rummel und Action will, fährt 10 Minuten nach Playa del Ingles oder Maspalomas. Danke für Ihren Kommentar

"Perfect, peaceful location"

"Perfect, peaceful location in ideal self catering home" We were very happy to have rented this tastefully decorated house with its very artistic flair! Wonderfully situated - close to the south (great beaches to visit) and the north (Las Palmas is just a 30-min. drive by car). The caretaker was very helpful and always available with a tip or nice sight-seeing suggestion. You can reach 2! different beaches in 1 minute from the house and the pool is always enticingly empty. The terraces are also breathtaking. One can spend many evenings sitting under the stars... we can only suggest a stay here!!?We'll be back for sure!!!

Es freut uns sehr, wenn die Gäste vom künstlerischen Flair der Einrichtung beeindruckt sind. Dieses Haus auf Gran Canaria nahe dem afrikanischen Kontinent haben wir mit Stücken aus der familiären Sammlung insularer Kunst eingerichtet. Die Objekte sind aus Korea ( eisenbeschlagene Möbel), aus Japan („hibachi“) und vor allem vom Indonesischen Archipel wie etwa die schweren , einige hundert Jahre alten Holzfiguren („Blontang“) von Häusern und Friedhöfen des Stammes Dayak aus Kalimantan ( früher Borneo), aus Java ( etwa die bemalte Truhe auf Rädern, grobok genannt), und die Hausdekorationen aus Sumatra, Bali und Lombok. Die alten spanischen Türen und Kästen kommen alle vom bekannten früheren Madrider Antiquitätenhändler, Abdelaro Linares. Manche dieser Objekte sind nur in Museen und selten in Kunstauktionen anzutrefffen.

Très belle maison

Nous avions choisi cette maison pour nous retrouver en vacances avec nos enfants revenant d'horizons différents . Nous sommes ravis de notre choix car la disposition de ce logement permettait à tous les membres de la famille, à la fois d'etre ensemble et à la fois de pouvoir s'isoler si le besoin s'en ressentait . Nous étions 8 , dont un enfant de 2 ans aussi comme vous pouvez l'imaginer , ce point a sa grande importance. La décoration Canarienne, le jardin, la vue , l'emplacement près des plages et près d'agréables petits restaurants typiques contribuent à rendre le séjour fort agréable. N'oublions pas la météo qui est pratiquement idéale à cet endroit de l'ile. Michael Fitz est un hote d'une grande éducation, sérieux et charmant et ultra réactif pour répondre à vos différentes et variées questions. Kristina , sa collaboratrice sur place) est une femme adorable qui vous aidera avec plaisir. En conclusion, si vous projetez d'aller à Gran Canaria, vous pouvez louez cette adresse "les yeux fermés", vous ne serez pas décus.. A bientot, Michael, Amitiés, Frédérique et René Bénéat ainsi qu'une grande partie de la famille .Il manquait , a cette réunion , Marie , notre fille et Antoine un de nos 4 fils. Peut-etre reviendrons-nous avec eux une prochaine fois!!!

Es fehlte an nichts...

Hallo Herr F. bitte verzeihen Sie das ich mich erst jetzt melde. Unser Urlaub auf Gran Canaria in Ihrem Haus war super. Die Sonnenaufgänge waren wunderschön von der Veranda aus zu beobachten und es fehlte uns an nichts. Mit der Wegbeschreibung haben wir Ihr Haus auf anhieb gefunden und auch die Einkaufs- und Strandtipps konnten wir nutzen. Auch mit viel nachdenken fällt mir wirklich nichts ein was noch hätte besser sein können. Wir werden allesamt Ihr Haus weiter empfehlen. Auch ich wünsche Ihnen und Ihrer Familie ein ruhiges und schönes Weihnachtsfest und alles Gute für das kommende Jahr. Johannes

Lieber Gast Danke für Ihre so positive Bewertung, ja die Sonnenaufgänge sich überwältigend, man hat ja einen ungestörten Panoramablick von 180 Grad über das Meer vor sich. Den ganzen Tag Sonne auf unseren Terrassen, vom Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Keine Strasse und auch kein Fussweg ( paseo maritimo) zwischen unserem Garten und dem Meer. Unsere Gäste können uneinsehbar und ungestört auf unseren Liegen die Sonne geniessen und abends zum Grtill einladen. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie wieder kommen.
