This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Its a new renovation and everything is clean and modern and welcoming. I love that it is pretty centrally located, everything was like less than a 15 minute drive. A nice surprise was having things like toilet paper, soap, hair care, trash bags and laundry detergent provided. One less thing we had to pick up. Most of the places we've stayed dont provide those things. My husband and I stayed in the king bedroom with the balcony and we enjoyed sitting out their in the evenings. My oldest (16) stayed in the other king bedroom and absolutely loved it. She said that is exactly how she wants her room set up at home and keeps asking me to find out where Carla got that bed from. My other 2 (11 and 10) loved the loft area on the 3rd floor. The back patio was really nice although we opted for the balcony when outside. Future stays will be even nicer once the property is allowed access to the pool across the street. As for Carla, she was fantastic. Easily accessible and very accommodating when needed. And I like the idea of dealing with the home owner and not some corporate company with voicemails and impersonal interactions. Overall 100/10. We love Arkansas for vacation and will seriously consider this property again in future trips.
