Beautiful lake house, with THE most amazing panoramic views over Lake Hamilton, with deep water, near main channel with two covered decks, views of Lake Hamilton, mountains where you can see all the holiday fireworks from the deck!

Down stairs “kid suite” set up, with two sets of twin over double bunk beds in one room, connected to a TV room with two twin day beds!

Two great Master Suites with dedicated bathroom with bath tubs and separate showers, lots of seating in the living room and dining table!

This is a very nice house with alot of room! The view is AMAZING!!! There are lots of steps to get down to the lake BUT we knew that when we booked so that was no big deal to us! It was a GREAT place to stay!!!

The propeety was amazing! The house was plenty large enough for the 9 of us who stayed. We enjoyed the dock and all of the space we had to spread out. Would definitely recommend. Donna was very responsive at all times which made it easy for us to just relax.

We had an excellent stay. Donna was extremely quick to respond. The kids enjoyed swimming at the end of the dock & fishing.

Beautiful home with lots of room

We stayed at this home for a 3 day lake weekend. It is a wonderful property with lots of room. We only had 3 couples there but with so much space, we all felt like we had privacy. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. We brought and our boat and enjoyed the convenience of leaving it in the water overnight at the dock.I would highly recommend this property to anyone — we are already discussing plans to stay there again!

Great house!

Great location on the lake - boathouse on a large, calm cove near the main lake body. Pretty house with great porches up and down. Very close on the lake to lakeside restaurants, boat rentals and gas.

Beautiful views

The house was perfect for our family and extended family to vacation. We rented a lily pad which provided hours of fun for everyone in the lake. The house was comfortable for our group and Donna and Sid were great! Will come back for sure!

Family Getaway

We found the house to be exceptionally clean with all necessities. It appears to have been recently updated and very well maintained. We were a party of 6 adults but feel the house could easily accommodate more. The views of the lake were exceptional from not only the family room, but also the dining room, all bedrooms and both porches. We brought a pontoon boat and very much enjoyed use of the private boathouse and lift. A charcoal grill along with charcoal and grilling tools were provided. The 2-car enclosed garage came in handy for vehicle storage. The Owner was very responsive to all requests both before and during the stay. We look forward to staying there again and would highly recommend!

Great Long Weekend

This location is exactly what we were looking for, peaceful, spacious, extremely clean, and with great views of the lake. Donna was a great host, very proactive in her communication and very responsive during our stay. The location is very easy to find and not far from anything you would want to do in and around the lake, or in Hot Springs. The location is elevated with direct access to the lake, the views from the covered wrap around porch on the first and second levels are both spectacular. There are numerous chairs on the porches to sit in, relax and enjoy a good book. The views from the large picture windows inside the home are as fabulous as those from the porch. The living room, dining room and kitchen areas are very spacious and have all the things you will need to have a great experience for a family or a large group for a long weekend.

Amazing location with excellent amenities

This property exceeded expectations. Excellent communication with Donna the host throughout the stay. This home is the ideal location if you want to be on the lake and 5 minutes from town. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival. It accommodated our family of six, with a college and high schooler with each bringing a friend, with plenty of room and storage. 3 large bathrooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and charcoal grill worked very well. The property and grounds are very well taken care of, with high end amenities throughout. Balcony views from both the first and second floor patios were amazing and breathtaking. Rock steps down to the dock made the trip back and forth very easy. Dock with lift accommodated a 30' tri-toon very well, second dock with lift for jet skis was available but not used. The garage access was nice to be able to park in. We golfed, boated, explored Hot Springs, dined and shopped. This location was perfect because it was on the lake and still very close to town. Highly recommend without hesitation and will stay here again. The home is no the north side of the lake, with a great southeast view of the morning sunrise. I can think of absolutely nothing that this property needs to improve on. Enjoyed our relaxing stay and hope that you enjoy this property as much as we did.

Donna was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating. The home is comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The best feature is the view, with beautiful early-morning sunrises.

We had an amazing weekend on the lake at this property! We had 4 adults and 6 kids who were ages 11-15. There was something for everyone! They had a blast swimming in the lake, and jumping off the end of the dock! There are two kitchen tables and the big one was perfect for game night! There were plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. The coffee makes can make a pot of coffee or you can use K cups. We loved that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and laundry detergent. That was a great surprise! The home is gorgeous, spacious, and the views are incredible. Would definitely return!
