Villa "Delle Pomelie" with Private Garden, Balconies, and Wi-Fi

The 90 m² property features a living room with a pull-out bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, and a TV. The private outdoor area offers a garden with barbecue and 3 balconies. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are nearby. There are 3 parking spaces available. Chickens are raised in the garden, and you can buy their eggs. The property follows recycling rules. Towel and linen changes are available for an extra fee.

Guests wishing to bring a dog must inform the host in advance and receive confirmation through the booking platform; without prior notice, pets cannot be accepted. Small dogs are allowed for an extra fee per night per animal (maximum 2 animals). When you go out, the dog must stay outside. Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas.



Smoking is permitted only outside or on the balconies. The outdoor area is separated by a fence, with the host’s property on the other side; for privacy, do not open the doors from the kitchen and living room side. Shutters can be opened for light and air. For security, a camera monitors only the main street and the area in front of the entrance door.
