Nestled between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea lies the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. The apartment building’s unparalleled location and views—including those from the “Ocean Sunrise” vacation apartment—offer a fantastic view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea—you can’t get any closer to the sea than this!

The “Ocean Sunrise” apartment, elegantly furnished in a maritime style, particularly captivates with its breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. Through the fully glass-enclosed front of the kitchen and living area, your gaze always rests on the blue waters as you settle in on the comfortable seating. A fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere, especially during the colder months. Sipping a glass of wine by the crackling fire while the Baltic Sea rages outside—what could be better?

The open, modern kitchen offers everything an amateur chef could wish for! You can then enjoy your freshly prepared delicacies with a magnificent view of the sea at the dining table right next to the kitchen or on the spacious balcony. The balcony also offers the perfect spot for some wonderful sunbathing. A vacation vibe is guaranteed here!

The three bedrooms can accommodate six people and all feature high-quality box-spring beds and floor-to-ceiling windows that can be darkened with curtains. One of the three bedrooms also has a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

In addition to the modern bathroom with a bathtub, guests have access to a separate restroom.

A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the “Ocean Sunrise” vacation rental.

The wide, white sandy beach is just a three-minute walk from your vacation home and offers swimming, restaurants, and various beach sections for naturists, dogs, or even surfing and kitesurfing.

The “Ocean Sunrise” apartment is part of the newly built Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort. Please note that construction activity may still be taking place in the surrounding area. Schon beim Betreten der Ferienwohnung waren wir begeistert; der große abgeschlossene Eingangsberei..

Schon beim Betreten der Ferienwohnung waren wir begeistert; der große abgeschlossene Eingangsbereich ist einfach praktisch, wenn man mit einem großen, noch etwas nassem Hund nach Hause kommt. - Von allen drei Schlafzimmern aus, gibt es einen Blick aufs Wasser. Was uns jedoch am besten gefallen hat, war diese lange Fensterfront mit dem feien Blick auf die Ostsee und dem auch sehr großzügigen Balkon. - Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber, egal ob Abzugshaube, Fenster oder der Außenbereich; sogar der Staubsauger hatte einen leeren Beutel und es gab Ersatzbeutel (ich erwähne das hier, weil wir es so sauber noch nirgendwo anders erlebt haben; im Gegenteil, mehr als einmal haben wir schon selbst Staubsaugerbeutel gekauft, weil keine passenden von einem anderen Vermieter zu bekommen waren). Das Einzige, was mir besser gefallen hätte wäre, wenn die Wohnung eine Dusche statt einer Wanne gehabt hätte. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen und kann sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Noch einmal ein großes Danke schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Der Strand war gleich in der Nähe, besser geht es nicht. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Umgebung, man kann viel unternehmen. Wir waren das erste aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick.

Eine schöne Zeit! Was nicht hätte passieren dürfen, ist, dass der Code für den Schlüsseltresor mir falsch gemailt wurde und ich nur durch Zufall noch den Kontakt zur Agentur im Telefon hatte. Darüber hinaus haben wir folgendes vermisst: gute Leselampen in den Schlafzimmern, mehr Haken im Bad und in der Küche fehlten: ein Sparschäler, ein Haarsieb und ein Pfannen-Deckel. Außerdem ist das linke Plissee der Wohnzimmer-Front defekt.

Tolle Wohnung

Hier wird der Name zum Programm. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft pikobello gereinigt und bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick auf die Kieler Bucht und die Kiel ansteuernden bzw. die auslaufenden Schiffe, insbesondere die auf die Skandinavien-Fähren und auf die Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Tipp: Fernglas mitnehmen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kurzurlaub Olpenitz

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Überschaubar Weg nach Kappeln, guter Edeka , Restaurant und Stand im Ort. Kommen gern wieder.
