The apartment is designed for 4 people. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. The door to the bicycle cellar must always be locked. Parking spaces for cars are one in front of the building and one in the underground garage. You will be informed of the exact parking space numbers after booking when the keys are handed over. Please follow the instructions for using the fireplace. Please switch on the main fuse on arrival and switch it off on departure. The garbage room is located in front of the building.

Pets are not allowed.

Perfekte Aussicht, geschmackvolle Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung hat einen einzigartigen Blick auf das Hafenbecken und die See. Das Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen und beim Aufwachen ist unübertrefflich und die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mehr als man braucht. Eine nahezu perfekte Unterkunft... Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

Pros: Eine schöne große Wohnung. Es war alles da was man braucht. Cons: Der Besitzer war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, nur per Mail .

Schöne Wohnung alles gut Durchdacht

Pros: Strandnah. Wohnung war in einem Ferienpark. Gute Sicht auf die Ostsee. Mit Fernglas konnte man gut den Schiffsverkehr beobachten Cons: Außer Edeka keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung war prima, die Aussicht traumhaft. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge.

Tolle Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts.

Pros: Ausblick vom Balkon. Tolle Radwege an der Osttsee vorbei. Cons: Olpenitz resort Gürtel uns eine Katastrophe. Gefühlt 500 Häuser und Wohnungen, aber lediglich rine nicht so gute Pizzeria. Das wars. Traurig aber wahr.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, direkt an der Schlei.

Pros: Es war alles, was man benötigt in der Wohnung, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
