The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a historic, landmark-protected villa in the beautiful “Bentinkshof” neighborhood. Villa Anna has a rich historical background and was once used as a maternity home. The apartment underwent a high-quality renovation in September 2022 and was fitted with select materials.
The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect way to start your day.
A highlight of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area. The large sofa bed not only offers plenty of space and seating during the day but can also be unfolded to provide an additional sleeping area—with a width of 1.40 m—for two people. Another highlight is the large, walk-in shower.

Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat alles was für ein paar schöne Tage benötigt wird. Wir können die Villa Anna nur empfehlen.

Gemütlich und zentral gelegen

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Dazu kommt, dass sie zentral gelegen ist. Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Hallenbad, Otto Huus, Innenstadt. Diverse Restaurants sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Café Einstein gibt es unfassbar guten Kaffee.
