I would rent this condo every time I visit Pawleys Island. Clean and very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We were 3 adults on a golf trip. It was very convenient to each have our own bedroom and full bath. The location is perfect for a Pawleys golf trip, with True Blue and Caledonia each less than a 5 minute drive. The unit is on the 17th fairway of True Blue. Even the courses in Myrtle Beach are easily accessible. Murrells Inlet is a short drive. Even if you’re not there for golf, anything you might need or want….restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, pharmacies, night life, Starbucks and Dunkin, etc….are minute away by car. The property manager, Annalisa, made the booking and check-in procedures very easy and she always responds quickly.

We have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island area for more than 40 years and have fallen in love with the relaxed South Carolina coastal lifestyle. Of all the destinations along the Grand Strand, Pawleys Island has always been our favorite.

As avid golfers, my wife and I wanted to create a getaway that gives visitors easy access to everything that makes this area special—beautiful beaches, outstanding restaurants, abundant sunshine, and some of the best golf in the country. Pawleys Island is truly a golfer’s paradise, with dozens of exceptional courses just minutes away.

Our goal is to provide an affordable and comfortable home base where families, couples, and golf groups can experience the charm of Pawleys Island and create lasting memories, just as we have for many years.

For golfers, True Blue is a special destination. The True Blue Golf Club and its sister course, Caledonia, are two of our favorite courses in the entire Myrtle Beach area. Both provide an outstanding golf experience and excellent value compared to many other premier courses along the Grand Strand.
