This bright 2.5-room apartment measures approximately 60 m². It can accommodate one to a maximum of four people.
The bedroom features a double box-spring bed (1.9 x 2.0 m) that sleeps 2 people. The very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (1.9 x 2.0 m) can also sleep 2 people.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes.
The bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, includes a toilet.
Bedding, towels, and a hair dryer are provided.
From the living room, which features a TV and free Wi-Fi, you have direct access to your private terrace. Smoking is permitted on the terrace; however, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
The apartment has a very large parking area. Please enquire about availability for the outdoor sauna and the washing machine.

Location:
Rosna is a rural village with just under 300 residents. It is located in the northern Lake Constance region, between Sigmaringen, Bad Saulgau, Pfullendorf, and Ostrach.
There are excellent country inns nearby where you can enjoy both Swabian and international cuisine.
The surrounding area offers many bike trails where you can explore, for example, the unique moorland scenery in the various Ried regions. There are also beautiful castles, fortresses, and ruins to visit.
A trip to the Danube Valley offers a very impressive rocky landscape, perfect for biking, motorbiking, or hiking.
In the summer, the swimming lakes within a 5–10 km radius are a great place to visit.
