Family-friendly 2 bed, 1 bath home in a gated Phoenix community with a pool, private yard, and arcade machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Pet friendly and centrally located just 7 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport & 15 minutes to ASU. Enjoy quick access to Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Arcadia, dining, hiking, shopping, and spring training while relaxing in a comfortable space perfect for families, couples, and long-term stays. There is a queen air mattress added for extra sleeping arrangements.

🏠 Property:
We have put a lot of thought into our space and making it as comfortable and convenient for guests as possible. There are fans and portable AC units throughout plus the units central cooler to help make sure you can be as cool as desired in this AZ heat. There are sound machines in each room as well and blackout curtains.

There are smart TVs in each room. One King room and one queen room. As well as, a queen air mattress and a pack n play for your younger guests.

For our furry guests, there are treats, bowls, and a doggy bed provided. There are pet blankets provided to use on the furniture (all pet items are cleaned and sanitized after every guest). We do ask that no pets be on the guests beds. There is a pet fee of $65, this a flat fee, not per pet or per day.

Fully equipped kitchen with Ice machine, waffle maker, and air fryer! Plenty of plates, cups ,bowls, and all the necessities.

This property is a fragrance free property. Which means there are no air fresheners or strong fragrances used during cleaning. An air purifier is located in the living room to help provide the most allergy friendly space possible.

🚭As a reminder our place is non-smoking and this is strictly enforced.

⚠️Please be advised this is a bottom floor unit of an apartment complex so you will have neighbors above and next to you. This means you will possibly hear them from time to time. This is completely out of the hosts control. For this reason we provide ear plugs and sound machines to help with noise sensitivity.

Our guests comfort is our top priority!

🔑Access:
Upon arriving you will be given a code to enter the exterior gate. Parking is not gated but the community is. Once in the apartment you will have access to the key fob that opens all gates and facilities, like the pool.
