Situated in Marbella, this exquisite contemporary beachfront apartment presents breathtaking Mediterranean vistas, ideal for memorable holidays with friends or family. The 180 square meter property boasts a 40 square meter terrace equipped with a private heated jacuzzi, shaded dining area, sun loungers, and a comfortable lounge. Positioned directly on the beach, it offers an exceptional opportunity to bask in the sun and savor al fresco dinners by the sea.



Inside, the bright living room is furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart television featuring streaming services and international channels, a home cinema system, air conditioning, and a spacious dining table. The apartment accommodates up to eight guests: two generously sized double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, complemented by two adjacent alcoves featuring bunk beds—perfect for a couple and two children. All rooms open directly onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ample space for entertaining.



Parking is available for an extra fee: one spot in front of the property and another 100 meters away. Airport or train station shuttle service is also offered for an extra fee. Upon request, a baby cot, high chair, and children’s cutlery are provided complimentary. Late check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight is available for an extra fee. Self-check-in is permitted after midnight.



A step-free layout, wide doors, and electric shutters ensure convenient access and optimal comfort. Beach towels and bed linens are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed in common areas for your safety.

Wonderful location, balcony and view

This property is in the heart of Marbella right on the promenade and the beach. Walkable to everything. We enjoyed the bubbler tub on the deck. Host was welcoming and responsive. Experienced some noise from the restaurants and units below - but wouldn't change my rating at all.

Great spot!

This apartment could not be better situated. The living, dining and kitchen as well as the patio are well appointed and very comfortable. The two bedrooms were also great. Renters should know that the other beds are comprised of sets of bunk beds, one in each primary suite, tucked into alcoves outside of the big bedrooms. It would be fine for kids (one family in each suite) but not really suitable for adults. Also, there was some noise on the beach at night but we used the storm shutters and it was fine. We will definitely return next year.

We stayed here 5 nights. The balcony was amazing especially in March. It had direct sunlight and was protected from the winds. We spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. The location was perfect & walkable. Rupert, the owner, was easy to communicate with. Suggestion for improvement- the property needs all new linens. New sheets, bath towels & beach towels and provided kitchen rags & towels. They were all miss matched and very old. Lastly - if you value a quiet sleep this place is not for you. It was extremely loud with people partying (literally right outside & below us) every night (except Monday, hummm) from about midnight until (yes) 7am. There are several clubs near by and I think the drunk people all come to the beach. Our daughters even witnessed a full fist fight. Oh parking is also a big challenge, having to park a 10 minute walk away and costs 25 Euro per day with no in & out privileges. We spent a lot on parking.

Apartamento espaços e com excelente localização

Pros: Da localização do apartamento e da varanda maravilhosa. Cons: O apartamento na verdade não tem 4 quartos, a descrição deveria ser mais precisa. Tem 2 quartos grandes que estão divididos por uma porta no meio, mas não faz que sejam 4 quartos. Seria mais correto dizer que são 2 quartos quádruplos ( fizeram do corredor do quarto um espaço com 2 beliches) . Ou seja, para uma família com 2 adultos e 2 crianças não há problema ( tirando que a segunda metade do quarto onde estão os beliches é extremamente quente e não tem AC, é mais um corredor do que um quarto pois não tem janela). Para 8 adultos não recomendo de todo.

We have been traveling throughout Portugal and Spain and decided to try Marbella for a week. WELL.... this little city is beautiful, friendly, safe, inexpensive and feels just right. We stayed at this apartment since it checked off everything we wanted in an apartment (why settle for something less than what you have at home?) This place has not everything we need, but so many other things that you would not see in a typical vacation rental. We were warmly greeted by the owners son who was very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. He checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything else too. We loved the apartment, the management, the location, and the size (although there was only one couple there with a small dog). Although it sleeps many, we loved the large common area rooms. The terrace is amazing looking over the sea. We want to rent again and hopefully with this family who has this and other units.
