The holiday apartment "Casa Alighieri 2" in Levanto (SP) is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.

A baby cot is also available.

The holiday apartment also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening.

Nearby, there is a flat path with a sea view and the bicycle path "Mare-Monti". Levanto, Bonassola, Framura, and 5 Terre are 5 minutes away by train. A 2-hour trekking tour from Levanto to Monterosso starts 2 minutes away.

Free parking is available on the street. Upon request and subject to availability, gated parking is available for a fee.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties are prohibited.

You can buy the 5 Terre special ticket at the train station, which is a 5-minute walk away.

Additional fees may be charged for check-in after 8 pm.

Excellent Times in Levanto

Perfect location with ample space for the family after a long day in nearby Cinque Terra. The rooftop patio is a great way to end your day and our host was fantastic!

Cannot find a more responsive host! Rooms were more than large enough, with adequate seating in living room. I have to say though, that the rooftop may have looked like that once, but not now and trees impede the sea view. But, the waterside is a short walk away. The shops are just downstairs with varied offerings. The train station is not too far away if you choose to visit other towns, make day trips

Very spacious, comfortable apartment.

The roof terrace could be beautiful but has not been looked after. There is no awning although the fittings are there. We had quite a wet week but could have sat outside if it was covered. The metal chairs were rusty and need a coat of paint. There were no wine glasses or toilet rolls when we arrived. These are little things but they do make a difference.

Not quite what we expected

The apartment is in a great location. The apartment itself was not equipped with any supplies so we had to immediately go to the store and buy hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc. I think the apartment would be ok for a family that understood that it didn’t have basic supplies but they could use it to go to the beach. The apartment was not very clean and at least in the master bedroom there was a lot of excess furniture stored that was inaccessible. Communication was great but I would classify the apartment as basic. We weren’t looking for luxury - just comfort. The rooftop deck was great but also very rustic with a set of broken glass lights nestled on a chair. Levanto is a good place to visit Cinque Terra, and the location was great for that. We ended up cutting our visit short as we were not super comfortable here. We are from the US and travelled with our two adult daughters and their spouses. This was the first vacation rental I’ve been to that did not supply basic items like hand soap. However this may be the norm because we had friends rent another place nearby and they had a similar experience. If you are fine with supplying what you need and doing some cleaning this is a good location.

Takterrasse bør fikses, få glass og kopper

Takterrassen er veldig fin men trenger virkelig rengjøring, tak på pergola og rydde litt i møbler. Det var 2 små vinglass og for få kopper til 6 stk. Dette er det veldig enkelt å fikse så unødvendig

Endroit idéal pour découvrir les 5 terres

Pros: L’appartement est idéalement situé dans Levanto, à 10 minutes de la gare à pied et à 3 mn de la mer, en plein centre-ville. Michele est un hôte charmant. Nous recommandons pour les familles.
