Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption, es war kein Problem eine Stunde vorher die Wohnung zu beziehen, sehr detaillierte Erklärung wie und wo man parken kann. Tolle und moderne Fewo im Zentrum von Laboe - Bäcker, Restautants, Strand, Yachthafen fussläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Sehr schöne maritime Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail; Geschirr, Besteck und alles was zur Küche gehört sehr gut und reichlich vorhanden, mehrere kuschelige Wolldecken überall in der Wohnung verteilt. Die Wohnung war schön warm geheizt als wir ankamen, sehr angenehm Ende Dezember! Sehr großer Balkon ( zur Straße hin )

Eine sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen in zentraler Lage. Der Check In war entspannt, die Wohnung frühzeitig bezugsfertig und sauber. Vielen Dank für den Service. Der Strand und der angemietete Parkplatz waren fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Zentraler kann man in Laboe eigentlich nicht wohnen und die Wohnung hat durch die Umgestaltung einer ehemaligen Gewerbeeinheit einen besonderen Charme. Man wohnt allerdings in einer Einheit mit dauervermieteten Wohnungen, wodurch die Lärmbelastung, auch durch die fehlende Trittschalldämmung in den oberen Wohnungen schon sehr extrem ist. Bei schönem Wetter ist das kein Problem, weil man dann den seeehr großen Balkon nutzen kann !

Das Apartment war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Man merkt das sich darum gekümmert wird. Bei Anliegen wird sich sofort drum gekümmert. Ich hatte noch nie so ein nettes Telefonat das die Wohnung schon um zwei bezugsfertig sei und wir schon rein können wenn wir möchten. Also man fühlt sich wirklich von den Mitarbeitern abgeholt. Wir machen es auf jeden Fall wieder. Top Lage. Ich hoffe die Mitarbeiter und alle anderen die zum Team gehören machen weiter wie bisher. Danke für das angenehme Wochenende.

In dieser Ferienwohn...

In dieser Ferienwohnung fühlt man sich sehr wohl! Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Kleines Manko ist, dass kein Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Jedoch hat das Serviceteam klasse reagiert und uns geholfen. Danke dafür!
