We enjoyed a lovely weekend on Texel. The weather was nice and there were no crowds. Parking easy. G

The house was nice. Suitable for us. A suggestion for guests. Bring your own pillow. The bed was dirty with what appeared to be dog hair. A slight odor. The refrigerator door sticks open as well.

Eenvoudig huisje

Eenvoudig huisje met zeer eenvoudige inrichting. Alles is wit met een jaren 80 uitvoering van tegels welke meer weg heeft van een studenten flat dan een gezinsvakantie huisje. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken maar helaas niet schoon toen we aan kwamen. Helaas waren een paar lampjes stuk die we zelf vervangen hebben aangezien de verlichting onvoldoende en wederom niet gezellig is. WiFi doet het goed en open haard functioneert prima. Huisje ligt bij ingang van de Slufter en centraal tussen de Koog en de Cocksdorp.

Na een frisse schoonmaak beurt bij aankomst die wij zelf gedaan hebben, kon ik het gezellig maken Hebben wij genoten van een fijn verblijf. Dat het aan een wat vernieuwingen toe is staat buiten kijf

Super slecht onderhouden woning

Alle kranen zaten los en niet open te draaien. Wc deur kon niet dicht en op slot, wcpot was los evenals de bril. Slaapkamer fontein verstopt. Alles was vies zelfs het servies. In de koelkast en magnetron zat schimmel. De voordeur kon ik niet op slot draaien. Ik ben een reumapatient, maar krijg meestal wel alles open in dit huisje niet

War okay, mehr aber leider auch nicht

Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Dennoch hat der Bungalow nicht dem entsprochen, was wir erwarten haben. Die Lage ist ruhig und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Der Zustand war teilweise aber grenzwertig. Das Grundstück war nicht-wie beschrieben- komplett umzäunt, sondern nur an drei Seiten bewachsen. Da wir Hunde dabei hatten, war das nicht gut, da wir es anders erwartet hatten. Die Möbel waren okay, haben ihre besten Jahre aber schon hinter sich und könnten sauberer sein. Die Kaffeemaschine war noch von der letzten Benutzung dreckig/voll, es war teilweise staubig und nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Auch die Armaturen haben ihren Dienst getan, der Duschkopf sollte jedoch ausgetauscht und die Waschbecken und die Toilette sollten wieder ordentlich befestigt werden. Es war nicht die eine große Sache, die falsch war....es waren viele kleine Dinge, die in der Summe einfach anders sein sollten. Dinge austauschen, die Terasse von Unkraut entfernen, den Wäscheständer erneuern, die Sanitäranlagen überholen/erneuern und die Reinigung deutlich gründlicher durchführen-dann wäre der Bungalow auch den Preis wert, den wir jetzt schon bezahlt haben. Für den beworbenen, aber durch Defekt nicht nutzbaren Kamin gab's auch nur eine Info....hier hätte ich mir auch etwas mehr gewünscht. Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Treffen. Was der Bungalow dringend bräuchte: Fliegengitter. Die Mücken haben uns halb wahnsinnig gemacht.

Perfekte Lage für Naturliebhaber

Vier Tage ausspannen, mit den Hunden ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen, kein Auto zu brauchen - perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig aber ein n bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Umgebung super, Ruhige Lage. Haus vernachlässigt (Stand 1980er Jahre). Ungeputzt angetroffen (schwarzer Film auf dem Fußboden, Tisch und Küchenarbeitsfläche nicht abdewischt, Geschirr schlecht gespült). Kühlschrank undicht (Kondenswasser). Wasser in den Waschbecken und der Dusche läuft kaum ab. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse.

Super Urlaub auf Texel

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles da, was wir brauchten inklusive eines herrlichen Gartens. Gerne kommen wir wieder auf diese wunderbare Insel.

Heerlijk huisje, waar je je meteen thuis voelt!

Wij waren met 3 volwassenen(dochter, en vriend met moeder) en onze honden, en hebben een geweldige midweek gehad. Het huis gaf meteen een thuis gevoel en dat was voortreffelijk, want wij waren er met een reden om mijn broer te herdenken die we helaas verloren hebben, maar het huis gaf ons zo'n warm gevoel, en de ligging is geweldig, dus fijn met de honden naar duinen elke dag.De sterfdag van mijn broer werd zo echt heel knus herdacht, we hadden niets beters kunnen wensen, dank U!! aanrader voor natuurliefhebbers, en perfecte lokatie om vanuit daar overal heen te kunnen, en veel privacy wat ook geweldig is met honden dankzij zo'n prachtige tuin om het huis heen.

Einfach schön, schön einfach

Wir haben eine gute Zeit auf Texel und auch in diesem Bungalow mit großem Garten verbracht. Zum Außenbereich: Leider mussten wir einen Grill im Ort kaufen. Der Grill war zum Glück im Angebot und so konnten abends alle glücklich und zufrieden eine Wurst essen :). Der Rasen war gemäht und die Hecke und Bepflanzung drumherum ordentlich. Die Terrassensteine heizen sich sehr auf. Hier ist bei barfüßern Vorsicht geboten. Vielleicht eine Markise anbringen? Bungalow innen: Es war alles im Bungalow vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Waschbecken war für uns ein angenehmes plus. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei, W-lan und TV ebenso, Besteck könnte vielleicht noch etwas aufgestockt werden und auch die Tassen. Umgebung: supertolle Dünenlandschaft. Schnell bis zum Strand mit Fahrrad oder Auto. Wirkliches Plus für uns: es gibt viel Barrierefreiheit für Rollstühle.Supernettes Lokal am Eingang zur Dünenlandschaft. Vermieter: Supergut erreichbar. Wir mögen Texel und wir würden auch dieses Bungalow nochmal mieten.

Fijne plek om te verblijven. Het comfort was niet optimaal. Koelkast werkte niet goed en stond constant vol water. Waterkoker te klein. Geen horren. Armoedige inrichting. Geen parasol. Weinig kastruimte in de keuken en in de kamer. Zelf handdoeken en beddegoed meenemen. Geen basisspullen aanwezig zoals toiletpapier,zout,azijn, afwasmiddel. Aankleding van huisje erg kaal.
