About this property
The Upper House at Tiffany's Estate | Hot Tub, Pond, Kayaks, Theater Room, and much more!
Welcome to The Upper House at Tiffany's Estate Tucked among the trees at Tiffany's Estate—a private 95-acre mountain ranch— The Upper House provides room to gather, relax, and reconnect. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a wide range of amenities, including a sandy beach along a meandering creek, a serene pond with kayaks, a pickleball court, and miles of scenic hiking and walking trails through mature wooded mountainside terrain. These amenities are shared only among the limited properties on the estate, ensuring a peaceful and private experience. Built as the original house for the estate, The Upper House also offers unbeatable amenities that are private from any other home. With movie nights in the theater room, a soak in the hot tub after a long day, and evenings around the fire pit under the stars, every space creates an experience guests will look forward to long after their stay.
The foyer is accessible with a flat entry from the parking. From the foyer, there are a few steps up to the main level or a few steps down to the lower level.
Main Level Living The main level welcomes you with tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a warm open-concept layout that keeps everyone connected. The living room centers around a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a mounted TV above the wood-burning fire — the perfect setting for cozy mornings with coffee or winding down after a day outdoors. Just beyond, the spacious deck offers comfortable seating overlooking the peaceful yard and surrounding woods, creating an ideal place to enjoy crisp mountain air as watch the kids play.
The living area flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen spaces, making the home perfect for gathering and entertaining. With seating for ten around the glass banquet table and four additional seats for casual breakfasts at the bar, there's room for everyone. The thoughtfully designed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, island sink, custom cabinetry with abundant storage, and all the essentials needed to prepare everything from holiday meals to simple family favorites. The primary suite can be found on the main level, offering a peaceful private retreat. It's complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious spa-like ensuite bathroom.
Lower Level Theater and Rooms Downstairs, the theater room is designed for unforgettable movie nights with a large high definition smart TV, DVD player, theater seating, and a carnival-style popcorn machine that brings the full theater experience home. A retro arcade cabinet featuring classic favorites like Centipede, Missile Command, Crystal Castles, and Millipede adds a nostalgic touch that both kids and adults will love.
The lower level also offers comfortable accommodations for groups. The king bedroom opens directly to the patio through glass doors, while a nearby twin room is perfect for younger guests or friends traveling together. A spacious queen suite offers added privacy with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination. Tucked beyond the queen suite, a bonus space with an additional twin bed creates a cozy extra sleeping area that kids will love. Each bedroom on this level includes a mounted TV for comfort and convenience.
