Welcome to `Mountain Time!` Bring the entire family to this incredibly peaceful and serene mountain cottage, only 12 minutes from Boone and ASU! Enjoy all that the high country has to offer, as this beautiful property is centrally located between Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. Adults and kids will love the game room, and the outdoor space is amazing. Relax in the HOT TUB, hammock or grill and chill by the fireplace on the deck. You’re on `Mountain Time` now!

Enter Mountain Time through the front door and step into the open living room with wood burning fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. Step out on the covered deck for a fireside meal. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom and bathroom, along with a queen bedroom, bathroom, and bunk room perfect for the little ones. Downstairs, enter the game room as you walk past the bar, where you find billiards, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, and another king bedroom and bathroom. Step outside to enjoy the HOT TUB and a hammock to help you relax. The kids can throw football in the yard, or explore the gorgeous grounds. ***Please note, this property does not have a bath tub (3 showers) and firewood is not regularly provided, but can be purchased in town at one of several grocery/hardware stores.

Hot tub: The hot tub is serviced and photo documented prior to each guest`s arrival. There is a $300 fee if the hot tub has to be cleaned or drained/refilled due to negligence. Please enjoy responsibly!

`Mountain Time` is located at the top of a ridge in a quiet, rural setting with neighbors nearby. Maximum of 6 adults, plus children. ***A 4-wheel-drive vehicle with chains may be needed to access this property during winter or inclement weather. Please be safe!

Mountain Time can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children for a total of 10 guests, plus an infant.
HOT TUB: By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by the posted rules, some of which include showering before and after use of the hot tub (detergents in swimsuits not properly washed before using the hot tub cause foam) and you acknowledge and accept a cleaning fee of $300 if the hot tub has to be drained/sanitized due to negligence/failure to abide by the posted rules.
