Villa Molinas is a single storey villa of 150m2 with 3 bedrooms, combining traditional elements with a modern style. A large outdoor area of 2,000m2, swimming pool and ideally located between Pollensa (which is only a 5 minute drive away), Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa,On entering the house through the large glass doors leading from the terrace, you find yourself in the spacious and bright open plan lounge/dining room with sloping wooden beamed ceiling, two comfortable sofas around the TV and a modern glass dining table for six. Two comfortable sofas surround the television and a modern glass dining table for six.adjacent is the modern white fully fitted kitchen separated from the dining room by a breakfast/work island complete with stools. There is also a pantry.An archway leads from the lounge to the 3 spacious fresh white bedrooms (one double, 2 twins). One of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the other bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower. A spacious covered porch runs along the back of the house overlooking the gardens and pool, where directly in front of the patio doors you can find a wooden dining table and chairs. A perfect place to have breakfast whilst enjoying the first rays of sunshine appearing over the valley or dine al fresco in the evening whilst watching the sunset in this unique and tranquil setting, plus at the side of the house and under the trees, an outdoor seating area for those who just want to "chill out" and enjoy the total silence.The large and inviting swimming pool of W 9.00m x 5.00m (D 1.3m x 2.4m) with roman steps is surrounded by a large paved terrace with more than enough space for sunbathing on the villa's sun loungers, as the area attracts sun all day long.
