A new, exclusive chalet with 330 sqm of living space on 4 floors and 160 sqm terraces, equipped with high-quality solid wood floors and wood-paneled walls for a sophisticated alpine ambiance.

Parking space for 5 cars, 4 of them covered. Type 2 EV charger available (for a fee).

LOWER FLOOR | SKI CELLAR | BIKES AND E-BIKES
Ski cellar with bench, ski boot dryer, racks for skis and snowboards, wardrobe for ski equipment, and helmet compartment. In summer, usable as a lockable bike station with charging shelf for E-bikes and sufficient power outlets.

GROUND FLOOR | RECEPTION LOUNGE
Spacious reception lounge with high counter, ideal for social gatherings. Two designer chairs offer a fantastic panoramic view. Amenities such as a wine fridge, wine cellar, and access to natural mountain spring water are available. The area is also suitable for relaxing with a good book.
Additionally, there is a wide, comfortable designer couch, suitable for entertainment with an Xbox, Netflix, or Disney Plus on a 75-inch TV with Sonos soundbar.

FIRST UPPER FLOOR | BEDROOMS 3, 4 & 5 | EN-SUITE BATHROOM
Spacious bedrooms, some with desks, designer chairs, or rocking chairs, equipped with modern box-spring double beds and bedside tables. Access to the outdoor areas with modern balcony furniture. Each bedroom features a 43-inch TV with Netflix and Disney Plus, electric exterior blinds, and designer lighting. The luxurious bathrooms have rain showers, toilets, towel dryers, hair dryers, ample towels, and a BOGNER care set. Bathrobes are available for guests.

UPPER FLOOR | KITCHEN
The spacious high-end kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with top-quality MIELE appliances. Oven, steamer, warming drawer, and induction hob with integrated extractor enable the preparation of exquisite dishes. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a complete set of kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, and cutlery are available. The kitchen also features an integrated MIELE fully automatic coffee machine (initial filling included) and a pantry with a washing machine and dryer.

UPPER FLOOR | DINING AREA | LOUNGE
Enjoy breakfast or self-prepared meals at a four-meter-long table with designer seating for 14 people, admiring the unobstructed panoramic view. In the adjacent lounge area, there is another 75-inch TV with streaming access and SONOS soundbar. A wood stove adds extra coziness.

The in-house panoramic sauna by KLAFS with an adjacent rain shower and daybeds invites relaxation. Outdoor loungers on the spacious panoramic terrace offer space for relaxation. An additional toilet is available in this area.

Wi-Fi and internet access (200 Mbit/s) are available. Seven TVs with Netflix/Disney Plus and partly SONOS soundbars, as well as an Xbox with a game subscription, are provided.
