Trail Creek 31 | Walk-to-lift condo in Killington with pool, hot tub, gym, sauna

You'll be a matter of steps from the lifts at Killington Resort, the golf course, and fantastic amenities at this Trail Creek escape, a lofty, cabin-like condo at the base of the ski area. The location simply can't be beat, with the beginner-level Trail Creek Trail stopping at the base of the stairs.

This second-floor condo (with no noise above) is a retreat for all seasons, with the Snowshed Lodge ski lifts, the Killington Golf Course, and the Killington Adventure Center all within a quarter-mile. The Trail Creek Amenities Building sits directly across the way, offering an indoor pool and spa, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and a rec room with a pool table and arcade games. In the immediate area, you'll find a number of great restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots.

The condo is full of mountain ambience, with its forest views and details of wood and stone. After a day of world-class skiing, come home to toast your toes by the wood-burning fireplace, pile on the sofa and armchairs, and find a favorite movie to watch on cable.

The summer months are for morning coffee on the balcony, days spent hiking and mountain biking, and evenings of preparing homemade meals in the updated kitchen. Enjoy cable TVs in the bedrooms, a private washer/dryer for your gear, and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

Great fall getaway

Everything was terrific! I’m a bit of a mattress snob and they were great! Perfect fall getaway and got some boots to prep for ski season too :). I would definitely stay here again.

Short, easy drive to the lifts open in November. My whole family loved evenings in the rec center.

Summer stay at Killington

CLEAN, SAFE AND GREAT LOCATION! Quiet neighbors, clean clean clean home. It gets really warm inside during the summer so, we brought a fan to help push air through. Great amenities center (separate building close by) with small workout area, sauna, two hot tubs, a pool & small game room. Would stay here again.

Summer Mountain Biking & Hike Stay

Property is really nice. Very cozy and quaint. Perfect location nearby the trails. Nicely decorated and relaxing. We didn’t read into it before booking. Never realized there was no air conditioning in the condo. That’s the only negative if renting during summer months. Pretty toasty in the condo without air. Otherwise a wonderful stay and great get away relaxing.

Close location and fantastic condo

We loved the ski home feature. The Trail Creek trail brought us right behind our condo. Getting TO the mountain (although you could walk it) was easier to drive/drop off. The living space was large, seating for 5-6. 2 bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen. I’m sure the couch was a pull out as well. Super clean, bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very nice. Washer/dryer on the premises.

Great condo in a beautiful location

Condo was very clean, comfortable and safe. All kitchen dishes/utensils and bathroom products/needs are well stocked. 1 king bed, 1 full bed & a pull out couch with bedding are available. We were comfortable with 3 adults. We feel like 6 adults may be a bit tight. Even with the windows & slider door open & ceiling fans on, it's about 80 in the bedrooms, so bring a fan to draw the cooler air from outside in! The area is quiet and neighbors are respectful. The amenities building is very close by. We LOVED having the sauna, hot tubss & pool in one area. All the facilities are immaculate. Showers and towels are provided for guests. We did have one issue about the dryer in our condo not drying the clothing after an hour on high. I reached out to Vacasa customer service and they quickly responded. All in all, my husband & I are VERY HAPPY with the entire area, condo and customer service! Would absolutely come back here again!
