You'll be right in the heart of it all - yet still immersed in natural beauty - at this two-story condo on the banks of the Blue River in Silverthorne. After a day of hiking, fishing, riding bikes, or skiing the world-class slopes nearby, this is a place for unwinding to the soothing sounds of the rushing river below.

This riverfront condo sits near the heart of Silverthorne, with the famous outlets and an array of shopping and dining within less than a mile. This stretch of the river - between the Dillon Reservoir Dam and the Hamilton Creek Road Bridge - boasts Gold Medal waters for fishing. You can meet up with the famous Blue River Trail a few blocks away or head into downtown Dillon for a show at the amphitheater (two miles). If you're in search of a few thrills, there are six mountain resorts - Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland, and Vail - within 30 miles.

Generous windows and two-story ceilings fill the condo with sunlight, creating a wonderful space to come home to at the end of each day. Spend summer afternoons dining alfresco on the balcony; in winter, cozy up to the gas fireplace as the snow piles high outside.

The open layout brings together a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a sunlit dining space, and the living area with its plush seating and cable TV. Each bedroom - one upstairs, one downstairs - is paired with its own full bathroom. It was clean and mostly fit description. A lot of kitchen utensils available etc. One of those properties where you get the minimum and not the nice to have items other hosts provide. Nice it is close to river. Suggest the host do a careful walk through of property and the provided instructions and try to correct the simple fixes.

Condo was nice and clean. We were supposed to have access to park in a garage and there was a car already parked in the garage the whole week. It would have been nice to be able to park in the garage the nights that we had snow.

Great Townhome & Location

This townhome was so nice for our group of 4! It was in a great location to be able to drive to multiple different mountains throughout our stay. It was clean upon entry and well stocked with everything we needed. The heated floors were a huge plus! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us use your home!

Beautiful location on the river. Nicely furnished and good space for up to six or seven guests. We had some issues with the heat, which should have been set before we arrived since it is radiant heating and takes a long time to warm up, and the fireplace and TV which were not properly set up. But Vacasa took care of these things the second day.

This house had a great location views. The house was clean and well furnished. Plenty of seating for dinner and evening games. My family had a great time. Only disappointment was the inoperable hot tub in the complex. Vacasa was very respondent on the situation and compensated me for this unusable amenity. They were great to work with.

Nice view - Updated Appliances - Condo Needs Updates

Beautiful view, and nice location. Condo had some nice upgrades (kitchen/bathroom countertops and new appliances). Furnishings and bedding could use upgrades (no fitted sheet on master bed, and no extra pillow cases available). Property management was unresponsive, as we tried to report issues (for 2 days). The fireplace starter is going out, and the fireplace would only work for about 10 minutes (if you could get it to start in the first place). Cleaning crew should be attuned to light bulbs out and broken items. Furniture placement was a little odd, as the master had utility cabinets for beside tables with a slew of powerstrips with the beside clock sitting on the floor. A filing cabinet serves as one of the a bedside tables in the upstair bedroom, and an empty bookcase in the half bath. The kitchen was not stocked with any towels or counter disinfectant spray…with the kitchen table covered in plastic, it was a challenge to ensure the cleanliness after eating. With this view, and some easy updates/repairs and attention to detail this condo could be fabulous.
