This very sunny 59 m² holiday apartment is located on the right side of the ground floor of the first building in the "Boddenkieker" complex on the traffic-free Stromstraße, right on Bodden Harbour with a view of a small meadow and the Bodden dike. The apartment is furnished for 4 people.

You can enjoy peaceful afternoons on the terrace, with delicious fish sandwiches or a scoop of ice cream at Boddenhafen (2 min) or on the Baltic Sea beach (10–15 min on foot).

The holiday rental is family-friendly, featuring plenty of games, books (on the history of Zingst and the surrounding area, mystery novels, and children’s books), and a long-standing collection of issues of the “Zingster Strandbote.”

The apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.

The apartment features an open living area with a TV, DVD player, and radio; a fully equipped kitchenette (stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, a warming pot, and a toaster, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and cooking utensils) and a large dining table.

The couch can be used as a sleeper sofa.
The large table with four to six chairs is perfect for cosy meals and game nights.

The bedroom features a large double bed (1.80 m), a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and a chest of drawers with drawers.
The small bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m) and a small chest of drawers with drawers. There are drawers under the bed.

The bathroom with a shower (low step) is equipped with a washing machine; an iron, ironing board, and a clothes rack with clothes pegs are available in the bedroom.

All windows are fitted with fly screens.
Some outlets allow you to charge cell phones, tablets, etc., via USB; Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Sand buckets and beach toys are available in the utility room.

There are 4 chairs and a table on the patio.
A lockable bike shed and a bike rack are available right at the building entrance.
