This modern semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Spread over two floors, it offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. On the first floor, there is a spacious living/dining area equipped with a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player, as well as a separate kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, a dining area for four people, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen opens onto a covered and comfortably furnished patio overlooking the garden, where children can play to their heart’s content. Behind the kitchen is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and window. There is also a separate guest restroom here. On the lower level, with the exception of the kitchen, all rooms are equipped with exterior blinds.
The upper level features 3 separate bedrooms (1x double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m and a small balcony, 1x IKEA Hemnes single bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m, extendable to 1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a TV, and 1x single bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m) with a sleeper chair). Blackout pleated blinds or roller shades in all bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. A modern bathroom with a tub and toilet is also located on the upper floor. Guests have free access to Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s).
There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking house.
The listed prices are for up to 6 people; the 7th person pays an additional €20.00 per day. We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for short stays.
