The Domizil Strandallee 30, Apartment 28, welcomes you to a central location in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Timmendorfer Strand. This comfortable vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and is only about 100 meters from the fine sandy beach. The building has an elevator.

Two separate bedrooms can accommodate up to four guests. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (separate mattresses), and the second bedroom has a French bed (140x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The bright living area invites you to relax and, thanks to the balcony, offers the chance to enjoy the fresh sea air. The balcony faces south.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find amenities such as a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. In addition, an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, as well as a CD player, TV, and radio are available for your comfort.

The location is ideal for numerous recreational activities such as sailing, surfing, fishing, golf, horseback riding, hiking, and swimming. Shopping areas and the city center are about 500 meters away and are easily accessible. The train station is approximately 900 meters away, making it easy to arrive and depart.

There is no bicycle parking available at this house.
