Great stay in Grand Island. Beautiful interior with lots of space to hang out. Everything you could need. Other guests staying on the back of the property were never an issue. Felt like our little oasis in GI. Juan was immediate in responding when we had a question about the heat.

Very nice set up house especially for larger group. Had great backyard and the house set was very nice. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had were promptly addressed.If up for state fair, visiting for a wedding, or family. Good spot and not too far from the state fair area and food.

Beautiful, comfortable home with a lovely view and plenty of space for our group of 7 adults to gather & enjoy. The home is nicely decorated and we really enjoyed our stay.One thing future guests should be aware of is that there are two smaller rental units also located on the property, and the outdoor amenities—including the pool, hot tub and gazebo—are shared with those guests. We were disappointed that we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as we had hoped because of the other guests’ use of the shared areas and loud music.Overall, we loved the home and would recommend it, but guests should be aware of the shared outdoor spaces when deciding if this property is the right fit for their stay.
